There were so many crying and yelling kids the environment was disappointing and distracting. I mean they were directly in front, behind and on one side...yikes.

I ordered from the seasonal menu and was pleasantly surprised with the pork chops. They were well seasoned and juicy. I am disappointed in the change that was made to the volcano dessert. It is the main reason that we go to Rainforest. The remake is notnearly as good as it was previously. I wish that they would bring back the original version. Service was not spectacular. Waitress was slow to attend to us even though it was not busy. She did not once refill water and took longer than expected to bring drinks and return to take our order. Mediocre experience. Not worth the money.

We had a reservation for Mother’s Day. We got there about 30 minutes early with the expectation that we would have to wait. Only to find out the restaurant was closed and we were not alerted. Normally this would not be a huge deal except for this is Mother’s Day and every restaurant was packed. We planned ahead and had a reservation and we’re not contacted that the reservation was not going to be honored and we found out by getting there that they were closed. We are very disappointed

Food has gotten worse and way overpriced. Lots of corners being cut across the board.

Very slow service. Waited over an hour for a garden salad and two kids meals. Waitress never checked on us except to inquire if we were going to buy a restaurant membership for 25 dollars. All in all - I can see why these restaurants are closing

Thought this would be a cool place to celebrate my 2 year olds birthday. Welp we got seated and forgotten. Tried to wave the waiter down and was ignored. The manager was walking by sweeping. Tried to get his attention he instead kept sweeping and walking. We got someone walking by to get his attention and he basically looked at us as if we didn’t have a real problem and proceeded to walk away. We got a picture taken and she was excellent but still no food and we have now been sitting an hour with only a round of drinks and a picture. We decided to just pay for our drinks and leave.
