I had my reservation at 5:30 yesterday. I was very excited for dinner as we’ve frequent this location a few times and the food and service has always been very good. Last night was seemed a little off. As we were seated at our table, we eventually placed our orders and we eventually received our food 30 minutes later. What’s confusing about that is that the restaurant wasn’t really busy so I was wondering why it was taking so long to receive our food. Eventually we received our food and then the lobster was undercooked and rubbery. The waitress ended up giving us another one and it was exactly like the other one that she took away. Overall her lack of attentiveness was something that we’ve never experienced over there before. We weren’t asked if we would like anymore cheddar biscuits, yes the world famous cheddar biscuits lol. Neither was I asked if I would like some more shrimp considering the fact that I ordered endless shrimp. I was under the impression that I could order more. This was hands down the most underwhelming experience that we’ve received at Red Lobster and we usually receive great food and service from there.

Thanks you manager for taking our food order. Our server had a large party and we needed to return to church in less than 2 hrs. They worked to expedite our food, it was hot and tasty. Our server check in on us and still services her area very well

I had such a wonderful experience at Red Lobster. My Mariners Boil was excellent, and my waitress, Brooke, was absolutely top-notch. She provided warm, attentive service without ever making me feel rushed, and every staff member I interacted with was genuinely kind and welcoming. I came in for a solo dinner to celebrate a recent milestone after a challenging few weeks, and it was exactly what I needed. The cozy two-seat tables made it a perfect place for a solo date. I enjoyed taking my time, reading my devotional, journaling, sipping iced tea, and simply being present. I never felt out of place dining alone—in fact, I felt completely welcome. Thank you to Brooke and the entire team for making the evening so memorable. I look forward to returning soon!

Our server was excellent! She was very patient with us as we debated over menu items. Since we were a group, we decided to share many dishes and we were provided with extra plates as needed. I decided to try a new menu item, which was a baked potato topped with crab. It sounds like an unusual combination, but it was delicious! There were leftovers for us to take home and our server was very helpful, providing us with the needed containers and bags. There have been several changes to the menu, this isn't the same old Red Lobster. I think more effort has gone into creating dishes that are less ordinary than some other seafood places. I highly recommend it!

Lobster was overcooked and dried. Price was high. Service was slow and waiter forgot the order. The place was hot and stagnant, no ventilation . Apparently the air conditioner was off. Complained with manager about the food and his response was that he agreed with me but nothing was done about. Very disappointed, being their customer for 50 years, but I don't think I will continue to be.
