We haven’t been in years…and the service, food, and overall experience exceeded expectations. As one of the OG restaurants in the area, it doesn’t get the same crowds it used to to, but that shouldn’t persuade you from going to satisfy your seafood itch. Our server, Marcus H was on point throughout our meal. Thank you.

The overall experience was pretty good, it did take about 10 minutes for somebody to finally come up to our table when we first sat down. It took quite some time to get our drinks once the order was placed. The food was excellent .

Food was lukewarm warm and the service was mediocre. The food quality wasn’t as expected and for the price it’s definitely not worth it.

Cheryl was so joyful and helpful during our visit to Lobster. She helped answered our questions about the menu and I noticed how nice and respectful she was to other tables around us. Cheryl's the best. Thank you Cheryl. I hope we see you next time.

The worst! Their reservation system was down so they could tell who had or didn’t have a reservation. We checked in 15 minutes before our reservation and they said 15 minutes. They took my phone number to advise when the table would be ready as went to sit in the car. The place was overcrowded. Outside as well 40 minutes go by and nothing. I went inside to check. They said I hadn’t checked in and in fact the manager said I did. Horrible. This location should close. Filthy too. Thank you for wasting our time. Could have been spent better at a real and better restaurant

The waitress was really busy , we waited along time between drinks and food. When we inquired about what’s taking the cocktails so long she told us they ran out of alcohol and they getting more.

Horrible service, took 40 minutes to get drinks and an hour to get our food. Waiter was kind and apologized profusely. By the time the lobsters and potatoes came out they were ice cold. Will not be returning.

Walked right in at 4 pm Valentine’s Day and they were fully staffed with happy servers. Food was prompt, fresh, hot and tasty.
