I had to ask for my server, an older lady ushered me to my seat, she proceeded to seat on the next the next table to fold napkins and cuttleries. Waited for 15 minutes to ask for my server, while the older lady was sitting right behind me. awful customer service

Waiter was great, very attentive to needs and was there whenever we had a question. Wish the grilled shrimp would be apart of the endless shrimp, but still all tasty

Found strands of hair imbedded into one of the biscuit. We told our waitress and we did get another batch of biscuits.

My family and I came from Red Deer for a day at the zoo and then dinner. The service and food were exceptional. We had a great meal! There were 7 adults and 3 babies and there were no hiccups.

Over, perfect restaurant for families. Quiet and service was excellent. Isabel, our server was very friendly and always was smiling despite how busy her section was. She made sure that we had all we need. Food was fantastic. Ambience was good except for minor issues. The time we had our lunch was quiet and we were able to have our conversations as a family.

We were celebrating our 28th anniversary and has a very enjoyable meal! The server asked if we were celebrating anything and we told her it was our anniversary. At the end of our meal, we were so full that we decided to order some cheesecake to go. Not sure if there are normally any perks for anniversaries as I think there are for bdays; other places sometimes have something special. We didn’t see anything. But the food was super and plentiful as always, so no real complaints. Still a favourite for us.

Food was wonderful. Server was excellent. The cheese biscuits were very good. My wife loved the shrimp and crab linguini while I had 3 shrimp dishes. For desert she had the key lime pie and I had the brownie overload.
