   We are so grateful for the staff to make our party of 14 welcome and provide wonderful service. Everyone was friendly and our meals were excellent! Also, the drink specials were outstanding! We will definitely be back.

   Wife and I had a great brunch at revel today. They are currently rebuilding their staff and kitchen but seems like they are making great progress with training. Service was really solid and the food was great! Wife and I had a wonderful time and some great mimosas Great music playlist and it seems like downtown is coming back! Can’t wait to come back when they open for dinner in a couple weeks!

    We celebrated a "family day" with brunch. Food OK. Lots of dishes comprised of "bread." Difficult for a GF diet. Not a lot of choices for children. Service OK, but servers spread thin as in all restaurants. We had to request refills/warmups on our coffee. I'd go back but probably not for brunch.

    Extremely slow and poor service. Food was nowhere near worth the price. This was not the experience we have had at Revel in the past. Took 17 minutes before we had received water. The server could only handle one issue with one table at a time. Took 25 minutes, and three requests, to get our bill. There was no teamwork with servers and no quality check by management. Even had to ask a food runner for silverware. They ran a limited menu, with both parties at the table having the exact same thing. The steaks came out at two different wellness. There was nothing special to qualify the menu price. Can’t say I would return to Revel.

    Reserved for NYE.. we arrived at 5pm and was seated quickly. Was given the menu and drink list by hostess. We sat there 15 minutes before waitress acknowledged us. With being a holiday evening there was several empty tables so it was busy yet. Ordered our drinks and food at the same time. Our salad came before the drinks. I asked for my water to be filled twice and it never happened. Entree was amazing wish there was more. We sat there without drinks once again and decided we were going to go elsewhere. Took 20 additional minutes to even get our check. Had the credit card ready to hand her and she walked away.

    WARNING: Refuse to be seated by the door in the winter. You will freeze! We had a reservation and the place wasn’t crowded. They may not have had enough servers to cover all sections. Pros: Most of our food was delicious. I recommend the corn puppies. You receive a generous portion. I wisely opted to make mine my entree. Most of the staff was friendly. Cons: Our server was sullen. From our table, I had a clear view of the host snacking on Cheetos. Her coat and bag were visible behind her station. I got sick overnight. I don’t know if something just didn’t agree with me or if there was something was wrong with the food.

    Greeted promptly and sat on time with our reservations. Very industrial/contemporary environment. The menu was definitely lacking in options and the food (brisket, shaved Asparagus, rice pilaf) were all very bland and brisket was over cooked/smoked. Good location for casual meeting friends at the bar, but not sure about attending for a “good dinner”.

    Food has really Gone downhill from a few years ago Brussels app was the highlight $42 Ribeye was thin and just not very good Some type of brisket app was awful, as was burrata app Food was served out of order Apps > 2 minutes later entree > 10 minutes later salad Just stick to drinks and maybe a burger for a meal if you are forced to go There are so many better options in the area to dine

    The entire experience was poor and I would not recommend. The food was the worst I have ever experienced. I had tortellini soup and it tasted like old frozen pasta and broth with no seasoning or taste. Also had the margarita pizza which was store bought pizza shell that was not even heated up with cut up tomato and cheese that tasted past date. Many items on the menu were not available and the wait staff was uninformed and kept making apologies. It felt like they had people in the kitchen that don’t know how to cook and wait staff that was embarrassed. I was amazed that they were associated with the Hilton Hotel next door which usually has great service. You are better off getting chips or a snack across the street at the CVS than wasting your money here.

    We have been here many times. Dinner, brunch , drinks … this time was brunch. We waited at the front to talk with someone over 10 minutes. Quite busy as it was a Steeler home game. Still had a wait after we talked with someone before we got a table even with reservations. Once at the table it was another 10 minutes for drinks. Everyone was quite nice and there were a lot of employees about but service was slow. We couldn’t figure out the problem. We had a table of four. I ordered gluten-free shrimp and grits ( the only gluten free item on the menu). Which was good. Drinks were great. Overall food was good. Maybe a bad day to have brunch

    we were sat for dinner at 930 (when our reservation was). Told the kitchen closed at 10 and to make any selections rather quickly (which was fine - understandable). Looked at the menu for 3-4 minutes and were told kitchen was already closed.

    This is our second visit to Revel, the first one being more than a year ago. The menu was interesting and the food excellent. The staff is upbeat and fun. We have a great time.

    Server forgot drinks, forgot a meal, and never refilled waters, until we asked 3x. Never apologized and sat at the counter of the kitchen with her back towards the tables the entire time. Brisket was so fatty it was inedible and the other 2 meals were room temperature. We had to have the manager come over who apologized but seemed not to care and had no excuses. Another table beside us was never given silverware to use and after they were done eating 2 more missing meals came out as they were trying to pay the bill. The restaurant was only half full. Seems server was not trained and didn’t care. Cooks were okay putting cold and inedible food out. And manager didn’t seem to be worried about this. As someone who has worked in the food industry, this visit was a complete embarrassment to the food industry, everything you’re told not to do they did. We will never return.

    Ugh... the food, when we FINALLY got it, was really good. Service? There was none. 20 minutes after ordering our drinks, we asked the floor manager, if she could check the bar to see if our drinks were ready. We also had to ask for water refills. We didn't order appetizers and it still took an hour to get our entrees. We had to eat quickly to make our event. You would think that a reservation 1.5 hours before the show would be enough time - barely. The waitress delivered the wrong bill AND credit card to our table. We had to ask for our bill. We had to ask and wait for to go containers. When we did get them, she brought two containers and only ONE lid. But yes, the food was delicious and the portions were plenty. Sadly though, this is not the kind of experience we want to reward with repeat business. They seemed to have plenty of staff but they were all standing around doing nothing. Very disappointing.

    I really want to like this restaurant! The food is delicious (except for the pickled green beans). However they are so short staffed that we waited over 20 minutes before a server came to the table. We had show tickets so we ordered right away and waited and waited. They brought everything at the same time, appetizers, salads and entrees. Needless to say there was no room on the table top. The server tried, she really did. She kept apologizing, we could see how backed up they are. I would not go if I was in a hurry.

    We had a reservation and when we arrived, we waited 10 minutes to be greeted. They actually made two people, who were eating move to accommodate our part of six, and the put us in a table that was open the entire time. When seated, we waited another 15 minutes until we were greeted by the waitress. She took drink order and we ordered appetizers. The appetizers showed up 10 minutes later, but we did not have utensils. After 15 minutes, we got up and got our own utensils and napkins… and oh… still no drinks!!!! By the time we finally got our drinks, I am afraid to say I was livid. I managed restaurants, waited tables and bartended, this was the most unorganized place! The excuse from the waitress was that they were shorthand…. Okay, but there were 4 other waitstaff and only 6 tables…. I was disappointed! We did not order entrees…. The Brussels sprouts were delicious. The kitchen was not backed up at all. We probably would have received our food in a timely order, but I was not ready to try. We waited so long that i called and got in to Pizzaiolo Primo, which had great service and great food.

    We had dinner there, The food was amazing, the host with the Bear/ balloon tattoo was amazing, he was spot on. the place is great. The bathrooms were so nice and clean. Over all we will absolutely recommend this place and will be back.

    I love Revel. The food is always exceptional, and the service is the best I have ever experienced. Only issue I have is that it is SO LOUD. It would be nice if that could be brought down a couple of decibels, but even if that doesn't happen, I will keep going there and highly recommending it. Thanks Revel!!

    Had a terrible experience here celebrating a birthday with friends. The waitress was rude and disinterested. She could not help when I asked about gluten free food and would not help. I ahead told me to eat a salad. Our food took forever despite the restaurant being empty. One of our friends almost had to leave before her food came because it took so long. 2 hours after lung I got violently ill… my salad was cross contaminated with gluten and I am assuming the waitress didn’t relay that I had celiac to the kitchen. The food was subpar also. Will never ever go back here again.
