The setting is beautiful and everyone was really nice. The service was SO SLOW... I felt like we were an afterthought. The crispy artichokes were delicious! That made up for the slow service.

Our first time there. It was a little dark but beautiful. We were greeted shortly after sitting and waitress was attentive. I had roasted chicken which was good. It was tender & flavorful. He had salmon, whipped potatoes, broccolini… also good. Menu was smaller than I expected and dessert options had nothing enticing. Overall we enjoyed the location but menu is more lunch for us.

Had such a great experience for my birthday lunch. The food was great, drinks amazing, atmosphere A+ and our server Derrick was attentive and knowledgeable. Cannot wait to go back.

Fantastic experience overall! The ambience was perfect and we were greeted by the valet and hostess with smiles and great service. We had the chance to experience the Terrace while waiting for our table (which was ready at the time of our reservation). The terrace was beautiful and the staff was attentive. They told us when our table was ready immediately. The huge selection of wines was very surprising and lovely. Our food didn’t take long to be prepared and did not disappoint. We ordered the burger and lobster roll. Both were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We will definitely return.

We were very disappointed in the service as we'd planned on being there for our daughters birthday, had a cake made, etc. only to later learn that you we'd be charged $10/person for them to simply cut the cake, yes, that's right cut the cake, not make it, serve it, bring it to the table, etc., literally just to cut the cake and we were told that we couldn't cut it ourselves. Absolutely rediculous, will never recommend them for family events/parties w/ anyone we know as a result. Total attempt to rip us off but it didn't work. As you can imagine, our daughter was very disappointed and upset about it. They were simply trying to extort money out of us thinking we'd just "take it" w/o impacting our celebration -- they were wroug! Beware of family events here!

Overall not worth the money. The positive is it’s one of prettiest dining rooms in Dallas, good for a date or family occasion. Menu is very very limited and food just average. Hamburger and French dip were both very good. Salmon undercooked and came back still undercooked. Chicken was average. Service average for nice place. Ordered Yukon gold potatoes as side and would have been nice if waiter pointed out they came with my entree.

Meh. This is an ambience, "experience" type of restaurant not for foodies. Very limited menu, slow, inattentive service and difficult host/hostesses to work with made the experience ho-hum on this Thanksgiving Holiday Black Friday dinner for my family and I. $320 for a table of four and one of us had nothing to drink, no dessert and burgers/lobster roll pays for the 10,000 lights to shine upon the highly marked up furnishings in the shop below us, no doubt. Aside from the obvious observations regarding funding the furniture display RH has a lot of work to do on their menu. How about a pasta on the menu? How about a little more variety? Hummus? Pancakes for brunch dare we be bold? How about some potstickers or flatbread? Very very very limited menu. We ordered the burrata and it was not enough for four people to enjoy, so we each got three peppers on our bread. The Bourgogne Cheese tray and it was for miniature people or for just one. Bread was thumbnail size, jelly/jam was enough for one of those aforementioned thumbnails and the cheese was a little warm (questionable for cheese) in our opinions. Ridiculous price for the appetizers. Best value was the $9 side salad sans any additional things typically found in a salad! Godspeed to you if you want to ask the hostess for a table with a view, despite out 5pm reservations with no one there-you would have thought we were asking them to make our table out of handscraped shipwreck wood, let alone just seating us at the table (they were not busy yet). Fair balance: The burgers were good. Server had to wakeup/warm up to us but was not friendly at all at first. We tipped well because that's what you do during the holidays but for $320/ four people, three burgers and a lobster roll, three glasses of wine and some very limited cheese/jelly board the value just was poor for the experience. You'll have to twist my arm to return again or restructure the entire menu. Bummed. I really wanted to like RH.

Overall we enjoyed eating here and shopping afterwards. The Brussels sprout appetizer was outstanding. However, the Caesar salad was very black luster. If I did not add chicken to the salad, it would’ve been just a couple of pieces of lettuce and three croutons and for $18 that’s not a great value but, add eight dollars worth of chicken and it’s better, the overall view is outstanding, and it is a delightful place to have lunch if you’re looking for a place to just enjoy the view. Just don’t go for the food, because you will be very disappointed.

All in all RH was really good! Our reserved table was not ready upon arrival and we had to wait for more than several minutes for it to be available, but the hostess was pleasant and nice about it. The ambiance was great and they sat us near the center water fountain which was really nice! Our waitress was knowledgeable and prompt. The food was delicious and size portions were good! It was our anniversary and they brought out a desert for us to share which was really nice! All in all a great time was had, thank you!
