   Buen restaurante en el centro de Boise. Pedimos los camarones con Crab Cakes y una pasta. Tanto el servicio como la comida fueron excelentes.

   The cocktails were great, I had the one with gin and candied ginger. The food was phenomenal, I had the cheese ravioli with brown butter sage, best ravioli I have ever eaten. I like that the serving sizes were not over-sized, it was the perfect amount. The service was great, our server Mathew was very nice and prompt, we never had to ask for anything.

   The food and drinks were delicious. I did order the Duck, but the server heard Duroc Pork dish. The pork dish was delicious. We had already been there for an hour when the food arrived and didn't have the time to have a new dish made. We chose to skip dessert because things were taking a while. We will probably go back, but were slightly disappointed with this trip.

   Underwhelmed, in general. Bartender was very attentive, but the food fell far short of expectations. Grilled Caesar salad was mushy. Duck was served cold. For the prices, I expected more.

   Always a good meal. Tried something new, that I didn’t love, but that’s on me. Also tried halibut croquettes. They were yummy. Great service.

   I enjoyed the Lamb rigatoni. Wife the cannaloni. Delicious. Not sure why Lamb was cubed, but Delicious. Water service awesome too!

    Trey was informative and very.patient in explaining to my wife what some of the words meant on the menu as she is from another country and his advice was spot on. Just a nice place to enjoy dinner.

    Comfortable, sophisticated and unpretentious. We enjoyed cocktails in the cozy bar while watching an evening snow squall swirl through downtown. Our dinner began with grilled shrimp and fried polenta ( excellent!), a wonderful tomato basil soup, and main courses of cannelloni for her and lamb and rigatoni for me. Both very good, but go for the cannelloni. Desserts and cappuccino to finish. And our server Giovanni was was attentive and very helpful with recommendations.

    We returned to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary and were not disappointed! Erika, our server, Was outstanding! Food was excellent and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing.

    This was my third time at Richards. I have enjoyed every experience except this one. My coffeecake was burnt and our waitress, Mia, was not friendly at all. She made us feel like we were inconveniencing her. The restaurant was not busy. Generally, I have recommended Richards to my friends. I can’t, in good conscious, do that anymore.

    The food was awesome but don't order anything that you don't see the price of because it will be a lot more than you think! Drinks on the menu were between $10 -14 but they weren't appealing to my wife and me so we asked if they had margaritas. They were really good but I didn't expect that they would cost $18! I would never have ordered one if I would have known they were that outrageously priced. Since I expected them to be on par with the other drinks I even had a second. I figured margaritas are pretty standard drinks at a bar so they should be easy to make and they usually aren't very expensive.

    We always enjoy our experience at Richard’s. Matt gave us excellent service as usual. He never fails to make us feel like we’re the only table in the room treating us like the king and queen. Give that man a raise!

    My wife and I celebrated our anniversary. We loved the food and ambiance. We ordered and shared the short rib and a ribeye. They were delicious!!! We finished our meal off with the strudel, crème brûlée and a scoop of their gelato. All were delicious!!!!! Mathew and Erica were servers, they were awesome!!! If you’re looking for great food and delightful service plan a night at Richard’s!!!

    We made reservation a month ago, waited 30 minutes for our table and they tried to seat us in the open sitting in the bar. We asked to move to another table and they found us a table and moved us. By the time we were sitting at a real table we were 45 minutes after our reservation and they were already out of one of their specials and we had to order not from the prix fix menu. The server was amazing and he did everything he could do to save us from an awful experience. We ordered our steak medium and they came back well and extremely thin. . . My husband sent his back and by the time he got a new steak I was done eating (took over 15 minutes). Again the server was top notch and deserves a raise because he was the only piece of goodness. It was a terrible Valentine's Day dinner and we will not be back.

    Quality of the food was poor and expensive. Calamari pasta was not good and Pappardelle was bland with very little flavor. Service and drinks were outstanding!! Dining tables were extremely small for 2 people once you were served food and drinks.

    Always good to celebrate a special occasion at Richard’s. We did a prix fixe menu which was perfect. The kitchen was a little backed up as it was very busy but food came out hot and beautifully prepared. Always love our dates at Richard’s.

    The past two times we’ve been the service has been terrible. 15 minutes before someone even came to the table. 30 minutes for drinks. 25 minutes to get our card run. It wasn’t busy, just a total lack of regard for people’s time.

    Mine was OK but my wifes was just fair. The toast was burned and the layer on the toast was very thin compared to other times.

    My husband ordered the rib eye, which was very good esp. with the gorgonzola. I ordered the clams with pasta and it was actually tiny clams in the shells and basically pretty tasteless broth. I would eliminate this entree from the menu if I were them. The tomato basil soup and the salad were great, as was the torte dessert. My wine was a very good pour. Overall good experience except for my entree.

    My wife and I went here for an early valentines dinner and we both had absolutely delicious food. She had clams and I had a steak with Brussels sprouts and potatoes. We split an order of the homemade chips as well. I would absolutely recommend this place. It’s a bit spendy as we paid about $120 including tip for the two of us, but you get what you pay for here in my opinion.

    The food was excellent, the restaurant was very nice inside, and the service was really good. Their little parking garage was really full, but at night you can park in the big open parking lot at the Plaza next door.
