Our full service and locally sourced restaurant is open daily from 6:00am—11:00pm. Breakfast is offered from 6:00am—11:00am Monday through Friday, with our signature breakfast buffet, a menu of freshly prepared breakfast choices and a full coffee and espresso bar featuring locally roasted Dawson Taylor coffee. Our all-day menu is available from 11:00am—11:00pm and offers a selection of delicious sandwiches , soups, salads, pastas, small plated appetizers and entrees. We all had the brunch buffet and all enjoyed our food. The hot food was hot, the cold was cold, and the pastries were delicious. Two kinds of bacon was an unexpected bonus. We also enjoyed the custom omelets with a skilled chef. The service was surprisingly attentive. Very enjoyable atmosphere with live music. We’ll be back.

The restaurant itself sits right in the middle of a hotel lobby and there is a music bar that blends into the restaurant. This night there were some very boisterous crowds in the bar and restaurant that were very loud to the point that we could barely hear our own table talk to each other. The service was great as was the food. The menu is very limited with the same toppings and sauces used repeatedly on multiple entrees. My daughter is vegetarian and there was only one entree option that she could eat.

I arrived for my reservation but they didn't have a table it was an hour and ten minutes after whenever got sat. By that time most people had left. We were waited on by 3 people. We had to ask for silverware. The actual server young girl with curly hair (I don't remember her name) didn't seem to know what was going on. She tried to drop our check off while we were eating our steaks. The 3rd time we saw her was after we finished our desserts. Yeah she didn't even take our dessert order, someone else did. The only part of the experience we enjoyed was the food and the bartender. He was quick, nice and made a great couple of drinks.

Never got to seat for my reservation. We sat at a side seat near walking traffic, between bar and hotel check in. Because Riverside didn’t have a seat at 7pm, still didn’t have a table at 7:30pm. Oh well, maybe next year but not at Riverside. All of the rules against me, has to be this way, has to be that way. Those are the rules. But rules don’t apply to OpenTable or Riverside. Very strange. OpenTable: if I would have missed the text/email to confirm my “confirmed reservation” would you have cancelled my reservation (1)? I believe you would have canceled my reservation. I saw notice by luck and was even wondering if I responded too late.

We had a reservation at 6:30 and weren’t seated until 7. Then we ordered immediately and waited an hour and 10 min. This was abhorrent, ridiculous, and frankly sickening. I couldn’t bring myself to take my meds because I was so livid. I am definitely coming back tomorrow morning to take my medicine and I will be back to work. 💩👞🧥

They overbooked for Valentines Day and the hostess was very rude. She set us out in expanded seating next to visquine and it was very cold. I asked if we could move to a warmer area and she said we had 400 reservations this is what you get. On the other hand food was good but they were rushing you out to turn tables. Poor Valentines experience!

Had the Christmas buffet. Food was so so. Meaning only half of it was eatable. They say us at a table with a cold draft. The only nice thing was the waitress did notice that we didnt eat much so we weren't charged full price.

My niece and I participated in the Buffett on Christmas Day. The food quite good for a Buffett, I am not a huge fan of buffets. I especially like the way the Brussel sprouts were cooked with bacon and were tart tasting. Green beans were also good. Salad offerings were nice. Meat options of pork, brisket or chicken were sufficient. I would have liked baked or mashed potatoes. The staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome.

The menu descriptions sounded delicious. We were very disappointed when the crispy skinned salmon was not crispy at all but rubbery. The pistachio encrusted rainbow trout seemed breaded instead, was maybe 4 oz, and smelled a bit too fishy. I sent it back. I opted for the bacon shrimp spaghetti instead which had little flavor but the shrimp was fresh. Disappointing for my big 65th birthday we've been planning for a long time.

Had a small Christmas party for 9 people, the table was set up with plenty of room for our "stuff". Everyone said they enjoyed their food, our server, Melanie, was wonderful. Efficient, kind and patient with all our requests. Will definitely go there again.

I was a little disappointed in buffet options but at the end of the day I didn’t have to cook or clean and you guys had people working on the holiday. It would be nice to see more variety in the dessert option. I thought the turkey was good and the mashed potatoes are good. It was nice to try a new place so thank you for that opportunity. The price point was a little high, but again, at least you guys were open to serve families, who otherwise wouldn’t have eaten at home because of variety of reasons.

Took my 81-year old mother for Thanksgiving dinner and we thoroughly enjoyed the food, atmosphere—as always at the Riverside—and food was delicious. Tender ham, Turkey and apple cobbler etc—just a few favorites. Thank you!

It was so nice to spend Thanksgiving in a nice setting. I appreciate the fact that the Riverside Hotel staff gave up their Thanksgiving in order to make mine so nice. The meal was excellent with lots of choices.

This review is based on Thanksgiving Day, Noon reservation, and we were in an auxillary banquet room - party of 6. It was nice to have a choice to order off the diverse menu and the food was very good. There was also a buffet option. The service was excellent considering the number of groups seated in our room.

The food was delicious but quite small portions even when ordering the main course plates. My husband got the salmon and I think the portion was only about 4 oz. I got the cheese shells that were delicious. Left feeling hungry.

I made reservations a week in advance and received several updates about the reservation then I get to the restaurant and they had no record of my reservation. Same thing happened last year when used your incompetent website for to make birthday reservations for my wife at Lucky Finn. Again, I had several notices of the upcoming reservation only to find the restaurant closed. I will never use your worthless website again.

Buffet was great! We checked in with reservations for one Senior and 3 Adult regular priced buffets, but were charged 4 full priced buffets. Sadly the server did nothing and did not adjust the bill. Riverside Hotel should not offer $4 senior discounts unless the servers know how to ring in correctly.

We were a party of 8 with all different food restrictions, everything from gluten free to pescatarian, Riverside Grill had everyone covered. We all enjoyed our meals, we were there on a Friday night and the live music was lovely. I will say we were nervous when we pulled up and found the restaurant was in a hotel but we had nothing to worry about, the food and service were good and the restaurant was lively and fun. Great night all around.

Good food, not many choices. Really slow service (food came quick but couldn’t get a refill on water) even though we were the only ones in the restaurant. Went over to the other side to listen to music and was hassled about not ordering drinks. No view of the River, even though the restaurants name would state otherwise.

It was a last minute Mother’s Day dinner reservation. We got there a little early but they seated us and service was attentive. Considering how busy they were it was an overall great experience.

The food was well below average. Old and stale. Very tasteless and rubbery. the selection was minimal. The bloody mary's were harsh and tasted like some type of cleaning agent. The only saving grace was the omelet bar, which of course you select how it is to made.

We had reservations for Mother’s Day. Hostess was very rude. We were seated 20 minutes late, then took another 20 minutes to get silverware. Coffee we ordered came after meal was nearly finished. Will not be back.

Not enough selection, no toast with brunch, not impressed for an Easter brunch. ☹️
