I was very disappointed to find out, upon arrival, that this restaurant is no longer affiliated with Open Table, especially since I had received several reminders about my upcoming reservation. Luckily, we were able to be seated and did not miss the show we were going to see immediately after lunch. The food was good and the service was excellent. However, as I have noted in my previous reviews of this restaurant, the ladies room is a disgrace.

I had booked this restaurant in the uk through open table I went to ruby Tuesday to on the Friday to see if I could change the time to be told by not such a friendly water that I didn’t have a booking I showed him my confirmation on my phone and told me that Ruby Tuesday was not sponsored by open table and that there was no booking

Waitress took our order right away and food came in pretty good timing. It was delicious of course with refills for drink.

Do not book through opentable they have on going dispute with Ruby tuesdays so they won’t book the table for you m! The staff were completely obnoxious around the whole thing

They did not acknowledge our open table reservation, told us we were late, although we were still 5 min before the confirmed time of 1pm, told us they could add us to their wait list, with a 45 min wait, took my name & tel #. At 1:45, we still had not heard from them, they told us we cancelled due to not wanting to wait. Finally after speaking with Mgr, he told us they no longer were associated with open table. Upon showing him our confirmation, we were seated well after 2pm, on 2nd level, very nice view, with many open tables, while people were waiting for well over an hour for table. The waitress was excellent!!! A very nice, courteous, young woman. She provided the BEST service, a definite asset to their team.

Slow service, waiter (curly black hair) not very attentive. Food was ok - portions pretty tight!
