Chef Ali Mesghali"s nearly lifelong love of cooking combined with his love for Sufism brought to life for the first time in Atlanta's culinary scene the concept of Rumi's Kitchen in 2005.
At Rumi's Kitchen, Ali has been able to artfully bring together an atmosphere full of joyous energy with attentive and generous Persian hospitality along with the unforgettable unique aromas and flavors of the Persian cuisine which is truly reflective of his simple intention to bring joy and happiness to the overall dining experience of the guests. Every member of the team at Rumi's Kitchen strives in delivering the service that is demanded by such a unique intention and vision.
While Rumi's Kitchen is a Persian restaurant at its core, the menu is constantly supplemented by dishes pulling influences from other countries, keeping the cuisine at the forefront of the dining scene in Atlanta.

Me encanta este restaurante. Nuestra cena antes de Navidad fue perfecta. Chris, el mesero, estuvo increíble! Muchas gracias por la excelente atención y maravillosa comida. Para resaltar, el Baklava. El mejor!!!

Our food was great and our service was good, although the server made an error with our bill and put our friend's meal on our tab - which we had to get corrected. The restaurant was packed and our servers were very busy but still made time for us. My complaint is that it was so loud inside the restaurant that we could barely have a conversation with our friends from out of town. Last time we came, we sat outside, and I think we would have to do that next time. Inside noise was "energetic" but too loud for a conversation without yelling.

I always have a great experience at Rumi’s kitchen. We sat outside and they were a few bugs, but no one can really control that. The food was amazing. I did order my meal without rice and with veggie kebab instead, but they did bring it with rice anyway, but later brought me the veggie kebab. The service was excellent. Our servers were very friendly and helpful fixing the rice area quickly.
