It was bitterly cold. I overheard several other folks mention this. I said something to the waitress and she said the back doors were open earlier for deliveries. They had an electric fireplace but it wasn’t turned on. The cheese on top of my French onion soup was completely burned and my husband’s potato soup was cold.

We've been customers for years - always request seating in the bar area (hi-tops) for 6 people. This was not honored last night saying they don't seat 6 people around the round tables - despite doing this for years. The restaurant was not very busy s that wouldn't be a valid reason. Anyway, my group gets together weekly - message is clear - go somewhere else. Jeremy was our service person - he was outstanding! Unfortunately, your front staff who take care of reservations and seating didn't do their job and this will cost you in the future.

Always a great meal served by great people. The menu had something for all my party - even able to cover one with allergies. I only regret we don't think of coming here more often but usually when we need a good place quick. Always obliging and doing all they can to make our visit effortless.

Just a ho hum experience tonight. We have been here many times and tonight just wasn’t great. First we had a reservation for our group of six arrived on time and still need to wait for a table. Also at the front podium there were three hostesses and a manager and the greeting and friendliness was not there. Once seated we waited over 10 minutes for a server or just for someone to greet us so we snagged a hostess and ask ed for help. A few minutes later a server arrived and apologized as she was told we were a part of the very loud birthday group in the glassed off room. So just odd experience with the service. Burgers were good and shrimp scampi.
