We were seated promptly. Server arrived for our drink orders shortly afterwards. Good menu selections. We thought prices were reasonable. Food arrived hot and looked and was appetizing. The only glitch - I ordered an egg on my burger (which was offered on the menu), … and it arrived without. I was disappointed because few restaurants offer that option. I was told they would have one prepared, but I didn’t want to wait since my burger would no longer be hot when the egg finally arrived. Burger was great, but would probably ordered something else since I didn’t get what I wanted.

The Bucket has a wide variety of menu choices. Good portion size at a fair price. My lunch was delicious. The salad was fresh(took it home) and the soup and half sandwich were very tasty. Great place to meet for lunch or even happy hour. LaLa was our server on this occasion. She did an outstanding job. Very Friendly. Attentive but not overly invasive. We meet at the Bucket in Rookwood once a month for cousin's lunch. Will definitely ask for LaLa the next time we are in.

Older waitress was rude, interrupting, wouldn’t listen to my question. The bathrooms were so dirty. I felt like I was in a Third World country. I had to hold the door shut while I use the restroom because the locks both locks were broken. Fish plank was laid on top of french fries soFrench fries and fish were soggy instead of crunchy. Cole slaw was either spoiled or very strangely seasoned so that I could not eat it and had to send it back. The turkey club had so much turkey on it. You couldn’t taste anything else. The turkey was not very fresh. The onion rings were pretty good, but they hardly had any onion in them. It was mostly breading. I will never eat at this restaurant again in any location.

Server was great, however, had to send back a dish two times as the kitchen did not read the order and put things on the dish that were requested off. Also manager on duty did not even check with us after sending back a second time.
