   We went there for out anniversary and they gave us a private room and there were rose peddles on the table! What a nice surprise! Great food and friendly service! Thank you!

   We went to celebrate our one year anniversary and it was a wonderful experience. They set the table up real nice with rose petals and our server was great. Food was delicious and we will definitely be back.

   This experience was average, which is about par for Ruth’s Chris. Service was excellent, food was decent. They brought out our entrees and told us that the plates were hot at about 500 degrees. Why is that? Food was sizzling and over cooking itself due to being under their salamander thus cooking it so much more than it should have been cooked. Sea Bass was well done, which isn’t a good way for fish to be. Steak was ordered medium and was medium well by the time it got to the table…again, 500 degrees…not necessary. When I booked the reservation they asked if I had any special requests so I request for them to print a picture of our favorite band that’s playing in town, the reason we flew into Reno from Texas, and have a copy of the picture waiting on the table. It was supposed to have been a surprise for my lady. When we got to the table there wa no picture but there were rose petals in the shape of a heart. The maitre d’ explained that they couldn’t repeat the special request, and my lady was confused. Then the waiter comes up and exclaimes “happy anniversary”, to which my lady is even more confused so I had to explain it to her. This was a total disappointment. The task was easy: print a picture from the internet and have it sitting on the table; yet they couldn’t even do that. What’s the point in offering special requests if you can’t do it? And then screwing the entire experience up. This was my least favorite dining experience of them all.

    Good food and service. The Steak temperatures were switched so had to send one back for a bit more heat and the other one was a little too done. Kingston did a great job serving and good teamwork with other servers. Dessert on the house for our anniversary which was a nice touch. Good overall and will be back.

    Overall, our party was happy with their food. However, the 16 oz ribeye was stringy and tough. The a la carte sides were large enough for 2-3 people yet we were not told this by our server and it was not indicated on the menu. The noise level was extremely high which made it difficult to communicate with our server. Drinks took awhile to receive and probably were sitting for awhile as they were watered down. Not sure we’ll be back. Really didn’t care for ordering everything a la carte except for the classic menu which was limited.

    Hostess & our server was great! We were celebrating our 1 month wedding anniversary. Filet was cooked to perfection, but lamb chops and lobster was just ok for the price. I thought there was a dress code, so we did dress up but there were quests in pajama pants, t-shirts, and sweatshirts with ripped jeans. There was also a “service dog” that barked at people walking by and the owner had to tell it several times to lay down.

    Our meal was outstanding and the employees very efficient. The steak was cooked perfectly and one of the best I’ve eaten anywhere. The bartender makes an awesome lemon drop martini!!

    Andrew was our server, excellent young man. Knowledgeable about menu and any questions we asked. Helpful, kind, polite, accommodating. We will ask for his table upon our return. Hostess very friendly and polite. We miss the original top notch restaurant, The Sterling, however Ruth Chris is a wonderful replacement. All wait staff, from young man who brought bread & water, to the two young ladies who brought our food, friendly & polite. Thank you, we will return soon.

    The food and service was great. I was very disappointed that no one informed me about the double charges when you use your Caesars rewards card.i would have just paid . Rather than loose those many points.

    First time for me & my fiancé & we had a great time. Food was great & service was even better ! Which made the food taste 10/10. Dylan was very outstanding & took care of our needs.. definitely coming again , thanks Dylan !

    Did not expect to find a Ruth Chris in the Silver Legacy hotel in Reno we were staying in for the USBC bowling tournament - but oh! Am I glad we did! Phenomenal service, food, ambiance, etc.! Perfection!!

    I had a late dinner by myself. The hostess was awesome and she gave me her favorite table. My server was AWESOME!! My server was awesome too. He found a great deal for me and I went with his suggestion. My food came out super quick and taste great. Overall, my experience was super relax and enjoyable.

    Went with some friends for the first time in many years and we were all extremely happy with our experience. The wait staff (especially our server Kingston) were very attentive and pleasant to deal with right down to the food runners. They were conscientious about our needs and we never had a dry glass of our beverages. We all had steaks (2 filets and 2 ribeyes) and they were cooked beautifully and were delicious. Unfortunately, we did have to send one of our steaks back because part of it was overcooked, they replaced it with a new one and took the first one off of the check. We were very happy with our experience and will definitely be back again.

    The food was great! My husband ordered the Seafood Tower which he loves. The problem is he had to work very hard to get the meat out of the lobster claws and limbs. Normally they are precut when they arrive on the tower.

    By far this Ruth Chris out shines the other Ruth Chris we have visited in the past. Food is prepared to perfection. And service is worthy of 5 star dining. The ambiance has the feel of a Hollywood 5 star restaurant.

    This was an absolutely lovely experience for our 10 yr anniversary! Our waitress was amazing, (Kimberly) and the staff was so great! The food was outstanding and just perfect! Everyone wished us a happy anniversary and made our special night so memorable! 😍🥰
