Ruzia’s is a cosy little wine bar in Caulfield North, built on big love and beautiful food. It’s inspired by Ruzia, a Polish-Jewish woman whose story—surviving the war, starting over in Australia, and building a home filled with warmth and generosity—has shaped everything about the place.

Her grandson Ravi has brought that spirit to life in a space that’s all about sharing good wine, comforting plates, and genuine hospitality. The menu takes cues from Ruzia’s Polish heritage, but with a fresh Melbourne twist—think small and medium dishes that are refined but relaxed, and perfect for sharing.

The wine list is a handpicked mix of local favourites, with a focus on producers who care about quality and craft. Whether you’re popping in for a quick glass or settling in for a long, slow night, Ruzia’s is all about connection, comfort, and the kind of food and drink that brings people together.

A fabulous wine bar and just what Caulfield North needs. My sister and I went here and loved the food and wine selection. Would definitely recommend Ruzia’s!

Caught up with some friends for a drink and bite to eat. Delicious variety of share plates. Staff were lovely and the whole place is small with a great vibe. We dined on a Tuesday and the discount on the total bill was a pleasant surprise.

Must go check out this gorgeous wine bar, the food is delicious with a fine dining but home-cooked feel, good mix of small plates and larger plates. Service was great, we'll 100% be back!!

Wonderful little wine bar. Cozy comfortable room, very welcoming for lovely staff. Amazing food - we had the trout gravalax and the chicken meatballs with mushroom kasha - and great wines. To top it off amazing jazz music with the reverse swing Quartet. Incredibly talented wonderful feel good music. So glad to have discovered this place. Go! Just don't take my table
