Saddle, awarded with 1 Michelin Star and 2 Repsol Soles, opened its doors with the aim of becoming a contemporary classic in the restaurant industry. Saddle offers a unique experience that highlights respect for the product and mastery in blending classical and modern techniques, both in service and cuisine. To achieve this, we are the only restaurant in Madrid spread over 2 floors with three different environments: the bar, focused on cocktails; the large dining room, and finally, five private rooms, which occupy an entire floor. Saddle es toda una experiencia en la que destaca el respeto por el producto y la maestría en mezcla de técnicas clásicas y actuales, tanto en el servicio como en la cocina. Para ello, somos el único restaurante en Madrid distribuido en 2 plantas con tres ambientes diferentes: el bar, enfocado a la coctelería; el gran comedor y por último sus cinco reservados, los cuales ocupan una planta completa. Posiblemente nos pongamos en contacto con usted en los próximos días para confirmar el espacio en el que desea disfrutar de su experiencia. Hice una reserva a través de open table. Cuando llegamos al restaurante nos dijeron que habíamos reservado un privado, lo cual no había sido así. Había reservado en el salón. Yo les dije que no. Fuimos al privado. Muy mala experiencia. Muy desambientado el privado. La música de Spotify tenía propaganda!!! Nos malogró la cena. La comida muy buena, el servicio muy promedio.

Una experiencia extraordinaria. La comida estuvo deliciosa y la atención excelente. Yo iba llegando de México y mi vuelo se atrasó y no tuvieron inconveniente en esperarme y darme la atención aún más tarde de lo esperado

Primera vez en el restaurante. Probamos el menú degustación y disfrutamos mucho. Sin duda volveremos en nuestra próxima visita a Madrid. Excelente servicio y buen ambiente.

Very disappointing experience at Saddle. Service was not on a par with a Michelin star restaurants. There were too many issues to describe starting with lack of attention to squabbles between staff, etc.. Tasting menu was just OK. Saddle uses a lot of sauces with their dishes and we both felt that they were over salted. For some reason we could not get a copy of a tasting menu at start of dinner. We received it at the end.

What a spectacular experience- from start to finish! My husband, daughter, and I are visiting from New York and decided on Saddle for a birthday celebration. We expected from the reviews that it would be nice, but never imagined the amazing experience we would have. Beyond the exquisite food, I don't know that I have ever felt so pampered by a restaurant staff. Every one of the people who served us was thoughtful and friendly, especially the fabulous sommelier. I've been to many top restaurants in cities around the world and this one may be my most memorable yet. Huge thank you to the very talented chefs and everyone at Saddle!

Outstanding Michelin starred restaurant. Service was first class. From our arrival met by Israel and our waiter Victor, they were great. The food was great and accommodating to everyone’s tastes. Overall a fantastic evening!

We were fortunate to get seated at one of two chefs tables. Every single element is executed to perfection. We had the 9course tasting menu and enjoyed every bite. The froie gras is amazing, the lobster course was my favorite and the mushroom dish is only available 3 weeks of the year. If you want to splurge and be treated like a king in Madrid this restaurant is the one. The lamb shoulder may be the best tasting piece of meat on the trip and being in Spain for a week really says it all.

One of the best dining experiences of our lives. Everything was top notch - from the service to the food to the gorgeous interior and presentation. We have visited much more expensive places that have not even been a fraction of this wonderful! A must visit!

The food is outstanding, the service disappointed. Very attentive service in the beginning but once it got busy no service for 30 minutes, finally asked for the bill twice and made a comment on service.

An outstanding experience across the board. The service was impeccable, and the food extraordinary. The attention to detail was excellent. Our party of six ordered a variety of principal dishes, including sole, duck, pigeon, and beef. We all agreed that this was among the best dining experiences we have had.

Saddle is in my opinion the best restaurant in Madrid. The service is superb and comparable to 3 Michelin Star restaurants anywhere in the world, staff is knowledgeable and flexible. The food is out of this world as well as the wine list. I could eat there every day.
