Welcome to Salomé, an experience that defines our culture and heritage through past, present and future culinary traditions. Our concept is built on the idea of preserving traditional flavors, techniques, and meticulously presenting dishes with a modern hand. We are challenging our culinary teams to redefine Mexican Cuisine as our region knows it, while keeping an eye on sustainability and sourcing from responsible growers, ranchers and farmers.
Our bar has the largest and most eclectic array of Agave Spirits our region has seen in recent years. Our cocktails are hand crafted and feature fresh squeezed juices from our valley’s finest citrus and produce. My husband and I stopped by to celebrate our anniversary. The ambience and aesthetics of the place is lovely. Service was timely and on point. Food was on the saltier side for me, which I’m not used to but does give every dish a bold flavor. If that’s your palette, then you’ll love the food. Other than that, presentation and quality of the food was great. My favorite was the dessert called Popocatépatl. It is more on the adventurous side but I loved every flavor and texture that was part of the dish. Glad we got to try Salomé!

First time there. Went for my wife's birthday dinner. Normally always go to House of Wine, but wanted to try another place. Didn't disappoint. We will definitely be returning if every experience is like what we experienced last night. Polite staff. Food was amazing! Nice atmosphere! We'll be trying Salt next after another visit to Salome!

We very much enjoyed our dining experience at Salome. The margaritas were the best we’ve had. We did order top-shelf liquor, therefore we really cannot rate the house margarita. The food is “gourmet Mexican” not Tex-Mex and presented artfully. Our group of 4 ordered several appetizers, the beet salad, and 4 main entrees and we shared all. We could not name a favorite, but all were delicious. We would recommend Salome to all.

Pork rinds were stale. The Huarache was sitting on a very wet sauced pork. The waitress took my cocktail before I was done with it. They kept coming every 5 min trying to take plates we were still eating from. She kept coming until we just decided to leave . We felt harassed as if they wanted us to leave. The reason we went was to enjoy the outdoors as specified in our reservation. They had a party so the outdoors was not available, but yet we did not get informed. Not recommending ever again as I felt embarrassed to bring my friends here. I will not be returning..

The food was all good and the service was excellent. We had a reservation and were seated right away, our order was taken quickly and our food came fast. The food was well prepared and very tasty.

The food was delicious, as always. The beet salad was great, and, of course, the Coco Rayado was heavenly—truly out of this world! Our waiter, Bulmaro, was the only disappointment of the entire experience. We specified the order in which we wanted our food: salad/appetizer, soup, main course, then dessert. We also requested, at least three times during ordering, to save two Coco Rayado for us. He brought our food out of order, brought our main course before our soup, took our bottle of water away and did not return with it, causing my companion to search for him and request more water, brought us only one Coco Rayado, said we only ordered one and that it would take five minutes to make another—Bulmaro definitely needs better training. We left an 18% tip only because we assumed it would be shared with other personnel.

Beautiful restaurant with wonderful food. We chose this restaurant because of the many menu selections that were healthy, all entrees, sides, salads, appetizers, etc. actually prepared fully on site. The food was delicious. Our waiter, Hugo, was very attentive, kind, and assisted us when we inquired. He helped make our experience top notch. This was our first visit and there will be many more.

To start off with the arrive to the restaurant and there's two corporate events going on at the same time it looks like a event center. We sit down no silverware at the table. Water served. Argument about IDs for my daughter. Appetizers arrive with hairin and one of the dishes Manager arrives to deal with different issues looks like a teenager that's never worked in a restaurant before. Certainly has no find dining experience as far as I can tell. This restaurant needs help.

It’s a usual dinner and drinks place for my friend and I. We always request to be seated in Hugo’s section. Hugo does a great job taking care of us and attend to all our needs. He is knowledgeable about the menu and always has great recommendations. Hugo is a great server. The company is lucky to have him!

Loved our experience last night. Our server was excellent and the food was delicious. They even gave my fiancé a card signed by all the staff for her birthday! Always love going to Salome and will continue to be their customer.
