   Second time eating at Salvatore’s. The aesthetic, vibe, music, and food is all great. However, when the server shares what “specials” they have for the night, I feel that what they are offering should be present on the menu so customers can view the pricing. We decided on the steak “special” and then tried to find it on the menu after the server walked away so we could see the price but it wasn’t on there. Had we known it was going to be $120 for that plate we would have decided on something different.

   Love the vibe, first time checking it out with friends for Sunday brunch. Service was excellent, delicious food, and outstanding cocktails. Love the DJ, sets the mood for a fun time. Will definitely return!

   Came on St Patrick’s Day and had a blast watching the fire show and trying the specialty cocktails. All our food was delicious especially the seafood ravioli. Our server was fantastic, I couldn’t hear her name as the music was loud (and good) but she had blonde curly hair.

   Warm and genuine server was a nice counterpoint to the brusque hostess who dryly announced that we had a 90 minute maximum dining time as we sat down at our table. Food was stronger than expected for the night club atmosphere. Creative cocktails. Tasty watermelon salad and yellowtail crudo appetizers were highlights. Truffle pizza a bit limp and needed more fire, but had a good flavor profile. Mushroom pasta (from dried, not fresh) had a cream of mushroom soup-like sauce but was still tasty. Demographic seemed to be pre-club 20-somethings, so maybe the loud club music and fire dancer is bringing in a new market. Can't say we'd go back on a Saturday.

    Definitely a good spot for date night since the drinks & ambiance we so fun. The food was absolutely delicious and we’re up to standard of the rest of the restaurant. Will be coming here again!!

    Loved the ambiance. Relaxed but with a vibe. Food was good. Started with the cheese platter, fried gnocchi and fried olives. Loved everything but the fried olives. Main dishes were all good. Lamb chops were prepared perfectly. Chicken parm was very good. Pasta with mushrooms also very good. My only complaint was that I asked for a side dish substitution and was told no. Wanted mashed potatoes instead of cous cous In the end the cous cous was very tasty but to me lamb chops should be served with mashed potatoes. A personal preference. Ordered The Walking Fool by Caymus. Red wine. Very good. And they did bring us a decanter and presented the wine very nicely.

    The ambience is hip and funky. The menu items are varied and fresh. There was an over use of truffle oil in several dishes but overall a good experience.

    Best place ever! The food was so amazing and the service was absolutely great! The food came out quick and our server, Emily, gave us great suggestions on the menu. The ashes and diamonds drink was fabulous! Definitely will come back!

    Nice place, cool environment, good drinks but horrible food flavorless pasta. I would probably recommend this place to get some drinks before going out but for dinner you better off getting fast food better food for your money

    This has to be the best brunch experience I've ever had! We walked in about 45 mins early for our reservation and were able to be seated immediately. They were surprisingly not busy. The place is beautiful and the perfect atmosphere for our Valentines Brunch. The service was great, our sever was sweet and timely. The food was incredible, the drinks were wonderful ! We will DEFINITELY be back!

    Kinda disappointed The menu looks great but the food wasn’t great at all. Club atmosphere with super loud music so don’t expect to talk during dinner. Nice place but service wasn’t great either. Our waiter was slow and forgot everything lol. If you’re into a night club sort of vibe with loud music you’ll like this place bit otherwise I’d go somewhere else for a nice dinner.

    From the moment we arrived we were met with utter rudeness. I had made a reservation and was excited to experience somewhere people have been raving about but truthfully one of the biggest wastes of money in San Diego. The hostess that greeted us was rude, wouldn’t make eye contact and refused to reseat us after asking to be somewhere not by the door, even though the remainder of the night the rest of the restaurant remained empty. As hostess myself I understand that sometimes you don’t have servers to take certain sections but we even offered to wait and the proceeded to watch other couples get tables further from the door. The food was subpar. The fried olives were nice but extremely sweet…just not what we were expecting. The fried gnocchi was the saving grace of the dinner so highly recommend. But the biggest disappointment was the summer truffle pizza. It came out cold and lacking flavor. This place is extremely overhyped and while I think the ambiance is nice definitely not worth the amount of money and would not go back.

    Our Galentine’s Dinner was fabulous start to finish. I arrived first 20 minutes early and they sat me right away in an awesome booth in a great spot. The waitress was attentive and friendly the entire time and we had a blast. The food and drinks were delicious and we’ll definitely be coming back. xo-Candace

    My husband and I saw Salvatore's on an Instagram reel and decided to go try it out, when we arrived we immediately noticed a stunning and lively atmosphere. Our server Raven was very attentive and very spunky! The food was delicious and quick to table, and their drinks were very picturesque! I would highly recommend dining here !

    Amazing first experience. At first it was a bit hard to find the location BUT once we did, it was great! The food was delicious. The service was very nice. The space was decorated beautifully. My partner and I wanted to indulge so we got the mimosa flight which included lavender, passion fruit, guava, and kiwi all flavors tasted nice. My partner got the steak and eggs, where the steak was actually a good size and had a good tasting sauce. I got the Salvatore Burger and it was delicious, a bit small but perfect size for me. Last we had their Waffles for dessert, it had this purée that kind of just tasted like strawberry yogurt but overall everything was really good. I would definitely recommend!

    Loved the vibe here! We came for a late night dinner and drinks and they had the fire dancer performing and DJ playing music throughout the night. All our food was delicious!! Drinks were very tasty and also very pretty! Would definitely come back again!! :)

    I really love the food here but the service is lacking. I made reservations, had to wait 15mins to be seated despite arriving on time. The waitress was MIA the majority of the night. Literally left sitting there looking around like a helpless moron for the waitress. The music was INSANELY loud. I couldn’t hear the waitress when she spoke to me and I couldn’t hear my dinner date. And I’m not even old and cranky! I go to bars, shows and festivals but this was WAY TOO LOUD for dinner. It was ridiculously loud. My Apple Watch was sending me alerts about how the atmosphere was so loud it could cause hearing loss. Lol The food and the vibe of the restaurant (minus the loud music) is great. If I decide to come back again, I’d probably opt to sit on the patio.
