Sardinia Corner
A wonderful find. The filled ravioli was excellent as was the couscous with fresh fish. I thought the creme brulee was carefully made as was the semifredo. The staff were attentive but not intrusive and the bill was reasonable. I would definitely go there again to try more menu choices.
Sardinia Corner was just round corner from our hotel. It was a cold night and reviews were positive and we like Italian food. We liked restaurant layout - sparse and rustic but cosy. Not many customers - only 3 tables occupied including ours. Even though quiet it had a nice ambience and the staff were friendly and efficient. Food was average but a little pricey for what it was - simple Sardinian fayre. Probably wouldn’t go again and wouldn’t recommend to a friend. However, I would suggest trying Sardinian Corner yourself and make up your own mind as there are plenty of good reviews for this restaurant and maybe I ordered wrong thing.
The service was excellent without being intrusive
The wine was very good and the food was wonderful. We had filet steak and it was sublime. Altogether a superb meal. Thank you
Interesting selection of dishes - not typical Italian. My second visit when mixed seafood pasta outshone the rabbit. Will be back to explore more of the menu.
Great food and great service. Owners are very welcoming
Had a dinner with my family in this restaurant just before Christmas and the food was absolutely delicious and very high quality from the starters to the main courses. The choice of dessert was somewhat limited but they were also excellent. Will definitely go back next time I visit London.
The food is simply amazing! You can really have a taste of Sardinia. The owner is very kind and the restaurant is small but cosy!
Annoyingly, this place has started to feel really overpriced. Portions are tiny so you really don’t feel like you’re getting much for your money.
Amazing food, amazing service!
Everything was fine!
Had lunch here on recomendation of a Sardinian friend , it was fantastic ! it's not often you find food of this quality in a relatively small neighbourhood restaurant, the Octopus was exceptional as was the Pork loin. Staff were attentive without being overbearing and the owner was friendly. Will definitely be going again. Tony P
👍🏽 will be back. A great experience
Great food, everything was delicious and well presented. A real taste of Sardinia!
Great food, great Sardinian wine list. Will definitely go back.
A local gem hidden away on Theobalds Road which deserves to succeed in competing with its better placed culinary neighbours on Lamb's Conduit Street. The dining area is small but did not feel crowded and has a simple but welcoming feel. The menu rightly focusses on Sardinian staples all of which are presented with the minimum of fuss or formality and both look and taste great. The short wine list is also carefully chosen to complement the food. Service is friendly and informative without being intrusive. The Italian voices to be heard when we visited is testament to its authenticity.
Simple atmosphere, excellent food and outstanding service!
Friendly place serving really nice Sardinian food at reasonable prices. Service was cheerful and attentive.
Good value for money, was quiet when we visited but people should give it a go. Food was good and service was great. Give it a try!
A truly excellent and well priced Sardinian meal... a starter of fried octopus in a saffron cream sauce and a main course of pork fillet wrapped in prosciutto
Great little place. Attentive and friendly service. The owner came over to check we had had a nice meal and gave us a complimentary glass of dessert wine.
The food was very good - I had Sicilian pasta ragu which was excellent. My brother had a fried pastry dessert which was awesome
Would definitely return.
Great place highly recommended for real Sardinian food in London
Very polite, friendly and hospitable, very good atmosphere and so generous.
Absolutely amazing experience. The home made original sardinian pasta... Just stunning. The service and professional friendly attitude... We had absolutely amazing dinner worth every penny. Well done. Definitely recommended and going back soon.
Super je recommande !
When I first went to Sardinia Corner, earlier in the year, I was telling people how nice it was. This visit, however, left me underwhelmed. I had the same lamb "cutlets" that I had last time, but 1) the price had gone up; 2) this time, it didn't include vegetables; 3) the "cutlets" weren't cutlets, but big fat lamb chops with loads of fat. My friend had the same.
The fact that we had to order sides, at £3.50 each, put the price of the dish up to £17.50 - it really wasn't worth that, especially as we both left all of the fat from the big chops.
Wine-by-the-glass is good value, at £5.50. We had the house Sardinian rosé, which was very fruity and summery.
The service is good and the staff are nice and friendly, but I'm now hesitant to return.
Authentic, well presented and incredibly tasty Sardinian food!
Excellent food and service. Truly recommended this sardinia restaurant.

Charming little place with friendly service and delicious simple fresh Mediterranean food.
Amazing place, great food , professional and friendly staff. For sure one of the best in London. Thanks 💜
WOW - this place is great. It was recommended by an Italian friend and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious, our pasta tasted fresh, the sauce was delicious, the portions are quite filling. The coffee strong, dessert was also delicious and we loved the traditional wine (cannonau)
The staff is super friendly, very attentive and it was a nice experience to meet the owner as well. We felt very welcomed.
Sincerely I can't fault anything and the whole experience contributed for us to have a great evening and plan another soon!
This restaurant is a new addition to our neighborhood, and we are delighted to have discovered it! The food is EXCELLENT, reasonably priced and served with a smile. It's all authentic Sardinian specialties, with home-made pastas and a wonderful selection of courses and tastes (also many non-pasta, for the low carb bunch). There is also a very good wine list featuring Sardinian wines, which are really good. I hesitate to recommend it too heartily lest it become so popular that we can't get in, but I wish them only the best--they deserve to have a loyal following, and I think it's already happening. Do book in advance--it's quite small (less than 15 tables) and the word seems to be spreading among those who love good food.....
A small Sardinian gem in the heart of London, the food is authentic and outstanding with great service from the waiter. As a Sardinian this place made me proud 😊
Lovely little neighbourhood eaterie. Food was very good - fresh, great taste and just the right portion size. Service, however, could be a bit more polished. Lovely people, but not quite there yet. It felt a bit like a family experiment tbh.
Such a gem!
This was the first time we had been to the restaurant. It is a modest menu but the food is fantastic. Presentation and service excellent and friendly staff! Our bill was very reasonable and we will definitely go again. I thoroughly recommend this place - try it!
We came here as a party of 4 , booking at 19h45 on a Friday evening. We were surprised that the restaurant was initially empty, but it turned out that we had misjudged just how late the crowd here eat! I guess this is testament to its authenticity...
Sardinia Corner is a lovely little place, with incredibly friendly staff, who made us feel very welcome and introduced us to a number of delicious Sardinian specialties. Wine was very good too, and we were pleasantly surprised by how reasonable the meal was, considering the location and the quality of the food. This place deserves to be more well known!
We had a lovely meal at Sardinia Corner last week. The waitress was extremely helpful, explaining the dishes to us and finding out info about the special from the chef. The food was delicious and unusual. - the smoked fish start plate is well worth trying! The Sardinian wine was perfect with the meal. It's not a posh place but felt like the kind of reatsuarant you go to on holiday and keep returning to. Highly recommended and we're looking forward to going back.
Sometimes there are places you come across that you don’t want to become popular in case you can’t get in next time. This is one. I want it to myself but I know I’m living on borrowed time. I’m tempted to say it’s terrible but it’s not. It is a wee corner of Sardinia in Holborn with the casual magic of something more. Please don’t go ! But then again you must. I will. Often.
