Good option for breakfast or lunch if you're staying in the hotel. The buffet for breakfast is very good.... excellent service from Oscar. Sandwiches at lunch are great... esp. the club.

The breakfast buffet was very good. An omelet station would be a nice addition. The pastries are excellent... surprisingly great.

My sisters, mom and I met up in Vegas for a birthday celebration. We stayed at the Westin and had dinner at Suede one evening. The service was good (although it took us 45 minutes to get our food from the time we ordered...), we enjoyed our food, but the restaurant is right next to the casino and there are NO WALLS between the restaurant and the casino, so if you have a problem with cigarette smoke, don't eat there. Two of us left with headaches.

The restaurant was nicely tucked into one corner of the hotel, but there is no wall between the restaurant and the casino so the noise level from the gaming area was noticeable. The service was very good, but that could be because there were very few customers and I could see the staff standing around waiting for work. I ordered the grilled pineapple salad which came with a good variety of vegetables and nicely presented. The negative was the use of canned pineapple which was noticeable in taste. My main entree was the linguini with shrimp. It was nicely presented, but was swimming in butter and lacked enough salt to bring out the favors. The shrimp was cooked just right and was not tough.
