This restaurant is closed and we weren’t notified. We headed down last weekend as we were running in the London Marathon and the restaurant didn’t have the decency to tell us they were closing down. Absolute garbage.

Came to Scarpetta as we all wanted to eat the dish / TONNARELLI CACIO E PEPE It had amazing reviews and it’s my 89 year old mothers favourite. We checked the menu online for Canary Wharf on the day, We turned up last and the menu had changed over a week ago and this dish was not offered. The vegetarian mushroom dish we had was bland and just tasted of truffle /I only ate half of mine. My mother ordered the beef shin -the pasta was far too al dente and the beef was chewy/she did not eat hers, Incredibly disappointed,

Ask 3 times for table water. Food was not hot verging on cold. Was challenged that I was wrong! Waiter (Head I think) was rude and unattentive They did take off the cost of my drink which was the least they could do to be fair Wouldn't go back

Ran out of the wine we wanted and out of pasta! Told we had to wait 15-20 mins for it to be made. Ended up cancelling our mains and left as we had an event to attend. The server was great and understanding but not a great experience.

Good service from the waiter, we have been accommodated promptly and helped us change the table once we requested a different one. The cacio e Pepe pasta however was okay but nothing crazy.

The atmosphere was great, the service friendly, and the food delicious. Since it wasn’t too busy, everything came out quickly. The tomato bruschetta was fresh and full of flavor, and the fresh pasta was equally delightful.
