Señor Aji Peruvian Bistro is bringing a new concept on the Central Valley, one of the best cuisines on the world, keeping the authentic recipes with all this magic flavors inherited from our Inca culture and all these immigrants (Spain, Italy, Japan, China, Africans) that came to the colony to fusion in a new Peruvian Cuisine, but plating the dishes with a gourmet style and giving to the costumers an excellent service to bring them a 'COMFORT FOOD', a food that they can get the sensation of relaxing in all the senses.
Our Dinning room is a small and cozy area giving the costumers an experience of be in home with a lot of excellent service, good music, food and drinks.

Try it. The food, service and ambiance are wonderful. A nice and quaint restaurant hidden away from the noise and traffic of larger venues. Try the empanadas and rice dishes. The flavors are out of this world. You will not be disappointed. It only has about 12 tables so plan ahead.

Went here for Valentine's dinner. They had an overpriced set menu and the food was not very good. The portions were very small but the food wasn't very tasty so maybe that's a good thing. The service was awful. Even for the set menu our waiter couldn't tell us a thing about the preparation - just repeated the courses that would be served - and, with regard to our "choices" that there was a chicken, fish, and beef option- of course the menu already made that abundantly clear. We ordered two cocktails that didn't make it out before the second course. Adding insult to injury, our waiter couldn't serve our courses fast enough and couldn't be bothered to wait until we finished the present course before bringing out the next. As if that wasn't bad enough, when they departed with the prior courses silverware, it took about 5 minutes to get it replaced. Aside from the dessert being bland. For a valentines dinner event they had the lights turned all the way up- how romantic.

My boyfriend and I had dinner there for the first time and the waitress was extremely friendly and helpful. I thought the food was good, and my boyfriend thought it was excellent. For the value of the money, I would definitely come here again. It is great for casual dining.

Experience was great - really loved the quality of the food. We had the Seco de Res a la Nortena and Lomo Saltado and enjoyed it. Will definitely come back to try out more of the dishes.

Very welcoming atmosphere, and a great place to have a nice dinner with friends, family, or on a date. That food is always great and the service is fantastic. The owners work there and are very attentive to the customer experience and the quality of what they serve.

Decent dinner Peruvian cuisine. Meat dishes were prepared in advance somewhat but overall good experience no one in the restaurant except us and On other family. Difficult location unless you live nearby but worth the drive

Food was outstanding. The short ribs and beans were very tasty. The beans really complemented it. Our server was very nice and added to the evening.

Awesome food and service! I love Peruvian food and this was a great example of it. Layers of tasty flavor and deliciousness. This is a keeper!
