Información sobre este restaurante

Joya del vecindario
Innovador
Encantador

Sesamo serves bold Italian-Asian cooking in the heart of Hell’s Kitchen. Our menu hits hard — Duck Ragu Pappardelle, Cacio e Szechuan, Coconut Curry Salmon, Tempura Chicken Parmesan.

We’re open for brunch, but when the lights go down, the experience hits different. Great for pre-theater, date nights, group dinners, or late-night cravings at the bar.

Reservations recommended. Walk-ins welcome.

Next stop for your pre-broadway show dinner 🎶 Sesamo is perfect for a quick delicious dinner. They specifically ask you when your show is so you can get in and out of dinner timely. The best deal is the sesame experience for $95 ~ this gives you 4 courses (portioned just a lil smaller) and you get to try a wide range of the menu! There were 4 of us and we split two experiences which was really the perfect amount of food. The must get items for me was the crispy rice, black miso cod, and the tempura chicken parm!

The food was absolutely exceptional. Out of this world. It was a Sunday, so quieter than last time we dined there, but we’ll definitely go again next time we’re in NYC!

I love eating here. The food is always outstanding and interesting. The service is friendly and efficient and these folks know their business. I see the same faces which I love. The neighborhood eatery feel is appreciated and I never feel rushed. My guests enjoyed every dish that was presented. Kudos Sesamo!

As always, the food and services here was excellent. We sat at the bar, shared a couple of recommended appetizers and the Vietnamese chicken and pasta dish, also recommended by the bartender, which was out of this world. Even though I was soaked through from the downpour of rain last evening, Sesamo is always worth the trek to 10th Avenue!

We had a celebratory work dinner and it couldn't have been more perfect. It was a pleasant surprise to see that there was a special guest check that night - Kim Vu - and we were not disappointed! We made sure to partake in her signature beverage, dining and dessert selections. Everything was excellent - from presentation to taste. I couldn't recommend this restaurant more. The ambiance was perfect -- not too loud, but comfortable for an end of week get together. We will definitely be back!

Lovely meal. We were greeted by a very likable young woman who asked if we had theatre tickets (Yes! Birthright at MCC. Extraordinary.) Sesamo says it has "Italian Roots and an Asian Soul," which is an excellent description. My friend had the superb black cod, and I had the very healthy Pasta Primavera. We left happy.
