Información sobre este restaurante

Romántico
Genial para ocasiones especiales
Ideal para cócteles creativos

Red velvet seating, dimmed amber lights, and intricate detail not seen since times long past…this is not the kind of place you get a table on impulse. Your eyes adjust and your soul is slowly taken on a comforting journey away from the outside world. The high backed benches and dark walnut tables feel inviting yet mysterious as you slowly take in the romantic atmosphere. Delicate jazz music fills your ears while the soft glow of the bar calls to you with the gentle seduction of a siren’s song. This is not what you expected…this is Sidebar…everything you never knew you always wanted.

The total experience was very good. There could have been a few more choices on the menu. The drinks are excellent, the staff was awesome, and the ambiance was great. We loved the old speak easy felling of it.

AMAZING! A whole world apart from anything in South Texas. Very sophistocated and romantic ambiance, exquisite food, unique cocktails at very reasonable prices. The service is top notch. Yes, you can find a cheaper restaurant but you will not find a better value in fine dining anywhere. Oh, did I say the food is superb - kudos to the chef! The exterior is deceptively underwhelming - be brave in go inside, you will not regret it.

Sidebar 215 is not just a restaurant, it is an experience. We were treated like royalty (or top mobsters, to use terminology of the ambiance) from the moment we walked in. The attention to detail in creating this Speak Easy environment is incredible. Give yourself time to enjoy the experience, save room for the appetizers and dessert, and enjoy your favorite drinks blended from top shelf selections by the mixologist behind the bar. Also recommended for business meetings of up to 20 people in their various private rooms.

This was our 5th visit and as always the food was great. Ambiance and service was also great. Mixed drinks, maybe a little overpriced. My husband had two Chivas and water and as always, first one was Chivas and second one was a different whiskey. But other than that, we love having dinner there.
