We had the filet with a side of asparagus and a side of green beans. The asparagus and green beans were very good. The filet wasn't quite to my liking, but I would go back and try something different next time.

The food here is typically excellent. And most of our dinners were- except for a Caesar salad that tasted like a cup of vinegar was in it. I mean - you couldn’t have a bite without coughing from the acidity. We were disappointed that this wasn’t looked into.

Sip 85 was recommended to us by a friend. We each tried one of their recommended dishes (Beggar's Pouches and Double Cut Pork Chop) and were not disappointed. Very nice and reasonably priced wine list and the service was very friendly. We went early on a Saturday night and were glad we made reservations as the restaurant filled up quickly. The restaurant was a little noisy but since we were there relatively early we were done before it was completely full. Definitely putting Sip 85 on our list of faves in the area and will recommend to others.

Our waiter, Thomas, helped us navigate a diverse menu to chose items that were great and satisfying. He provided attentive service that was not overwhelming; allowing us to really enjoy our evening. The food was delicious. This is a great local gem. I wish we lived closer so that we could visit again soon.

Reservation was for 6:45pm & we were early but the hostess took us to our table immediately. It was nice to have iced water delivered by the hostess after sitting us. Anthony, our server, was very attentive without be intrusive. He made recommendations and was very knowledgeable of the menu & preparation of the special Valentine's weekend special. We decided on the Brussels Sprouts Starter which was delicious and selected the linguini prepare with pesto, sun dried tomatoes, asparagus & mushrooms. My wife added shrimp & I added chicken. Although both the shrimp & chicken were cooked perfectly, we agreed that next time we would not added a meat. The dish was very delicious on it's own. We would definitely ask for Anthony to serve us on our next visit!
