The live Music was extremely loud you couldn’t hold a conversation . S r ice was extremely slow and beverages at dinner served in plastic cups and glasses including the coffee. For a 5-star hotel charging those prices is not acceptable

Overall disappointing but incredible views. We ordered bread and butter to start. When the bread arrived we were advised we could not have butter as the restaurant is “casual” and “not fine dining”. Very disappointing as this is basic and they have butter in the hotel lounge two floors down. After the starters were taken, we were informed staff could go down if we wanted to get butter. Abit late & this should’ve been done regardless. For main the chicken was lovely, but the gnocchi was below average. Watery liquid on the plate (unsure if this is from the beef or the pasta not being drained properly!) Overall, the meal was disappointing, the views saved it!
