Fun , casual relaxed dining we don't take our selves too seriously but we take our food seriously.
Great local craft beer range, awesome full strength cocktails & a solid wine list.
We use all Aussie iron bark in our offset smoker, to cook the best wings, ribs and brisket around.
Lots of other menu options available, we think our burgers are pretty special as well.
Awesome views of the Bay.

Bringing American BBQ & Bistro style dining to the Redcliffe Peninsula Founded by Wade Morris, Slow Smoke Bistro encompasses the passion that he has for good beer and great meat. Our meat is slow cooked for up to 12 hours using Australian ironbark and red gum, giving it a flavour and tenderness that is unique to us. There is something for everyone on the menu, even if you don’t like smoked meat.

You felt like the business didn't give a s*** about you being there. No table service, no drinks service and I got these Links? Thinking, as they were under the slow cook experience they might be a combo of meats. No, just sausages!! Wont be going there again.

So I’ll address the qr thing first. In order to pay enough staff to do table service we would have nearly double the price of the food and we refuse to do that, however you can order with a human at the bar. The links thing is just that you didn’t know what they are, if you had of asked we’d have told you.

Three things from menu not available and some cocktails ingredients too. Prompt delivery of food. Tastiness of food made up for other downfalls.

The food was amazing perfectly cooked and portions were on point. I had absolutely nothing to complain about . Will be definitely going back

Celebrated my birthday there last night. They accommodated our large group very easily. The food was outstanding, the service impeccable and a all round great evening. The live music was also wonderful. Definitely recommend

Craft beers were fantastic, entrees and salads were great. The main proteins were disappointing.

Amazing food. Mothers Day lunch for our family. Everyone enjoyed it. Moderately busy yet food was served quickly and of a high standard. We will definitely be back.

We decided to go all out and share a family board...such a great feed! Everything was soooo tasty and it felt like all you can eat!! Definitely recommend!
