We always have a great time at Sports Social. Even with the Eagles season not going well we have an amazing exciting time. Our server, Alliah A, was amazing!!! Energetic, friendly and responsive. I would take her as our server every time!

Reserved a table here before Eagles game to watch the 1pm NFL games and everything was great. Only complaint was they wouldn't put the Phillies game on one of the TVs.

Service was a little slow. Food is always good, fries as usual are too many. One issue I alway have is when I make a reservation I ask for a table against the wall away from the tv wall and they never follow it. I always have to mention it to them as they try to sit us near the wall of TV’s.
Sports & Social - Philly Live!Respondió el 24 de agosto de 2026
Hi Patty, thank you for your insight. We strive to provide great service to our guests and are sorry to hear we didn't meet your expectations. We will make sure to coach our team about reading special notes left by the guests. Our hosts are instructed to sit our patrons in an appropriate server rotation as we aim to ensure quality service is provided, but a special request should be honored, and we appreciate your communication in regard. Thank you again for your time and we hope to wow you on your next visit!

The cheesteak was good. Burger was awful. Hard as a rock No taste. Service was an issue. We were ignored after meal delivered. We could not get our servers attention to pay our check for about 10-12 minutes. Finally, we walked up to the bar and paid it.
Sports & Social - Philly Live!Respondió el 20 de agosto de 2026
Hi Mary Ann, thank you for your feedback! We are so sorry to hear the food, and service did not hit the mark. We aim for all of our guests to have a great experience and hope you will give us another chance in the future to wow you!

We had a party of 7 for my sons 21st Bday. Booked the table 5 days earlier to make sure we got a spot to enjoy the atmosphere because World Cup was on. I was a little worried that it would not be on because the Phillies game and boom they sat us up from in front of both big screens. Service was great , atmosphere was buzzing and food was good. We had a great time
Sports & Social - Philly Live!Respondió el 24 de julio de 2026
