No where close to expectations from Stephan Pyles. Poor quality "strip loin" so-called steak which was a out 1/3 inch thick overcooked with overly burnt grilled brussel sprouts. Nearly raw flatbread appetizer, had to be returned. Weird setting in Delta hotel. Valet sucked too, could not deal with volume of cars totally blocking the hotel foyer.

Overall the food was just ok...I expected more from a Stephan Pyle restaurant. I was disappointed we had to order from the Valentine’s Day menu which wasn’t pointed out to me until they called about confirming the reservation the day before. The black cod was very good but my ribeye was not hot at all and covered in a mushroom gravy that had little flavor. The dessert was pretty fair and did not have much flavor. The ambience was poor because it was empty and so open. A little more decor or positioning of tables different would’ve helped it feel more cozy.

I chose Stampede 66 based on their breakfast menu on their website. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find out that menu had been replaced by a breakfast buffet like you would see at a budget business hotel. I was expecting a very nice breakfast with my wife for valentine's day.

Extremely slow. We waited an hour just to receive drinks and, then when first course arrived, it was cold. Food was tasty, but management did not set up staff for success. Very disappointed.

Horrible service. An hour between apps and entree. Waiter never checked in with us. Messed up drink order. Expensive for unseasoned food.

Waitstaff was unprofessional/untrained. Management inattentive. Food was slow on an evening with a set menu. A travesty to the reputation of Mr Pyles...who we have followed for 20+ years. Huge disappoint we had to pay through the nose for. We will never go back to the Allen restaurant.

We’ve been there twice and had similar experiences. Excellent food with terrible service. The server was extremely slow & inattentive & didn’t even offer an apology for the slow service. That being said, both fish dishes we’ve had have been perfectly cooked. Not sure if it’s worth coming back though.

Took over an hour to get an appetizer and didn’t seem that busy. They also forgot to fire our entree. I was not that impressed with the food.

I do not recommend this restaurant. The food was awful. A waste of time and money. Never again. If Stephan Pyle actually runs this restaurant, he should fire all the chefs and start over. Open Table should make it utterly clear that on Valentine's Day the full menu is not available. The use of the phrase "can enjoy" does obviate the fact.
