Coming Sugar Factory American Brasserie, America’s favorite eatery and celebrity hotspot, expands with its newest location in the notable Resorts World New York in Queens, opening to the public August 2021. The 12,000-square-foot location is the 22nd location for the world-famous brand celebrating 10+ years serving the most decadent sweets and treats around the world.

Sugar Factory at Resorts World New York will be located at the porte cochère entrance to the resort. The 218-seat restaurant dining room is a contemporary rendition of an old Paris brasserie bar featuring hot air balloon banquets, café seating, floral lined walls, two large white illuminated canopy trees, and an impressive DJ booth. A private dining area with a stand alone cocktail bar will complete the room, with an additional 14 bar seats for guests to enjoy. Upon entrance, diners will be greeted by a life-size, instagrammable flower wall with neon wall art.

Lleve mi niña a una cena de cumpleaños y el servicio estuvo pésimo nos sentamos y nadie iba a nuestra mesa duramos más de 20 minutos y nadie se acercaba , luego ordenamos un lobster tails con steak y lo ordenamos médium well y me lo llevaron rare pura sangre. Después duramos muchísimo rato con todos los platos en la mesa hasta con los de aperitivo. Después ordené otra Margarita y no pude tomármela porque fue casi 40 minutos para que me la llevaran a la mesa 🥹🥹🥹🥹

This place looks like it about to go out of business i was highly disappointed. I have been to other locations that were great. We sat down looked around and left. The service seemed non existent and you wouldn’t even know you were at a sugar factory location

They couldn’t honor my reservation because they had no employees show up to work. We had to do takeout. They had no bacon no french fries we got old cold food. They forgot the coffees. They forgot the creamer. They forgot the butter they forgot the syrup. It’s the worst restaurant I’ve ever experienced

Waited 45 minutes was told was a mix up with tickets so waited longer. Then they brought out the food and it wasn’t anything we ordered. They had cooked the wrong food. So we left without eating. Place is horrible. Ask for manger was told no manger was working Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Unfortunately, the experience at Sugar Factory fell short of expectations. We waited about 10 minutes just to be greeted by a host at the door, and the service remained painfully slow once we were seated. To make matters worse, both the food and drinks were underwhelming and didn’t justify the price. I suppose when 20% gratuity is already added to your bill, the service is expected to be subpar.

I was highly disappointed as I had went out that day with my family to celebrate my daughter‘s eighth birthday. I asked for the Cookie Monster drink and receive a drink with graham crackers and graham crackers sprinkles on the cover with a chocolate swirl. Look nothing like the picture that was advertised on the menu and on the website the ambience was terrible. There was too long 10 blankets hanging from the ceiling and it had stains on the wall and back of me and flies playing around our food. My fries were not hot when they came out, but the food wasn’t that bad. The waiter took about half an hour to come to our table and we were the only ones inside. The reason for him being busy was him talking to another waiter. I also put on the reservations that it was my daughter’s birthday and no one sing us. Happy birthday terrible. Terrible experience at the Queen resort Sugar factory.
