Llegamos a tiempo a la cita, el servicio en el front desk fue excelente, una vez sentados en la mesa la atención del mesero. Fue excelente nos recomendó lo mejor del menú y créanme que fue una excelente recomendación, la comida y la entrada y que decir del vino chatana fue sobresaliente, de verdad que ha sido una experiencia increíble mi esposa y yo los recomendamos a ojos cerrados

Si bien la atención fue buena, hubo detalles que se pueden mejorar, sobre todo en un restaurant de este estilo, con precios elevados. Por ejemplo que trajeran las dos entradas antes que el vino. Asi mismo el apuro al traer la cuenta ya que si bien habiamos comido el postre, ibamos a pedir una copa mas de vino. La comida excelente!

Ambience is nice, food is tasty. It can get busy and loud depending on the day. Food comes out pretty quick. But the service is the best part to me!

They didn't have Ribeye's or New York Strip and had to come back to the table to let us know that they were out after we ordered! No manager or wait staff offered anything for the inconvenience etc. Kind of like a fish restaurant being out of FISH! Seemed like our waitress might have been new... she was trying her best but probably wasn't getting the best support from the management.

The restaurant is in a great location, but they don’t provide the service to justify the price. I ordered a wine, but they delivered me the wrong selection. I ordered a steak, medium rare and the waiter asked me to cut it in the center to confirm that it was cooked correctly. I asked him what temperature did he think it was. He responded, medium. I said yes you are correct. But I ordered this medium rare. My wife cut hers open and did the same thing and the waiter said it looked like it was rare. She ordered hers medium rare. We didn’t get a new steak… we didn’t complain… we just took what we were given. When the steaks were delivered, we had no knives. They didn’t deliver steak knives with our meal. We had to track the waiter down to get steak knives so we could cut our steak. When we asked them to box our food, they forgot to box our mushrooms. No one ever brought us correctly cooked steaks, no apology, no recompense for the mistakes that were made. After almost $300 for a steak dinner… We are left disappointed. If you’re going to charge a premium for dinner, you better provide service to match the price. I should be provided with top-notch service, great food, I need to leave feeling like I got what I paid for. At Sullivan’s, you’ll be provided a sub-standard steak, the wrong temperature, poor service… Why did I pay $300? I highly recommend you choose a different steakhouse. Capital Grill has outstanding food, outstanding atmosphere, outstanding service. If there is a service break, they pay for your meal…they get it. Sullivan’s does not get it…unfortunately. I do not recommend.

We were celebrating my wife's birthday. They gave her a rose, that started greatness.. Food and service was great. I can't remember my waiter name but he was great, very detailed and knowledgeable about the menu...I loved that

Outstanding! Classic East coast steakhouse experience! Yea, I know Raleigh isn’t on the coasts, but this felt like being in an NYC or Jersey steakhouse. Delicious steak & lobster combo, my husband says “one of the best meals he’s had in a long time!” Highly recommend!!

I ordered my lamb chops medium and my fiancé order his steak medium well, however when it came out they mixed up the temperature of the steak. Although the food was good, they just failed to pay attention to detail. Our waitress was great but we waited quite some time for our food. Everyone makes mistakes but I think it’s only fair to give a 4.

So disappointed. Waiter rushed us through our entire meal. Literally arrived at 645 and were getting our car from the valet at 8. He slapped down the bill the minute dessert arrived without asking if we wanted coffee or anything else. He didn’t review any of the unique cocktail offerings pushed the more expensive bottles of featured wines. Not interested in answering our menu questions. Steak served rare after ordering medium. It was taken back to the kitchen and returned without any apology. And the server refilling water glasses kept reaching over me and dripping condensation from the water pitcher onto my warm steak. This was our first and last visit. Will go to 2nd Empire Angus Barn or Fearington next time we want a nice leisurely evening out.

Overall Thanksgiving meal was very good. Only oddity: lobster/shrimp bisque came out lukewarm—not hot. Server got us another serving of it—same result. She said they don’t have a microwave in the kitchen and there was no way to get it hotter. She did offer an alternative.

Beef Wellington bites were tasty. Everything else mediocre at best. Caesar with burnt black/brown croutons. Entrees cold. Pacing entirely too slow. Odd tabulation of orders on check. Service was good though.

This was the first time we had ever gone to a restaurant for Thanksgiving dinner and it was the first time we had been to Sullivan's. It was a great experience on both counts. The food was delicious, our server was cheerful and attentive, and we discovered that it can be lovely to dine out on a holiday. We will be back. Thank you!

Thanksgiving dinner was disappointing. The turkey was dry and so salty we couldn't eat it. It also came less than 5 mins after our salads so those were taken early due to space. The waitress was as overly pushy on suggestions including asking us to order additional items(she asked us 9 times over the course of our meal. My daughter asked for salad dressing 3 times and never got it and my husband’s coffee was a 25 min wait after our meal and desserts were done.

The music was awful and loud for the type of restaurant Sullivans is. No music or soft classical/jazz music would have been more appropriate. Because if the loudness, customers had to speak loudly making the restaurant sound like a school cafeteria. Loved the food, but the music would keep me from coming back.

My sister and I decided to have our Thanksgiving meal out this year! After reading reviews of Sullivans Thanksgiving spread from last year, I made reservations for this year! The food and service were impeccable! The atmosphere was pleasant and added to the holiday season! Great experience!

Food was average for the prices. Potatoes were served cold and the waitress talked too much. Over explaining everything and disturbing during meal. I have been here 3 times and this was the first poor experience.

Had a 7:30 reservation... took 30 minutes to place our order (server left us alone a while) and food didn't arrive at the table until 9:30. The sides were so hot they were burning your mouth and the steaks were all luke-warm at best. Our server seemed more concerned prepping the tables around us than checking on us. I had expected a lot more, and not sure if this was a bad night or typical, but it was a Monday and not very busy. Will think twice before coming back given the service. The food was ok - but everything seemed overly salty (and i like salt).

Overall, we had a good dinner. Had to return my steak to the kitchen since it was overcooked, but the second try was done perfectly. Hard to say if the food/experience justifies the higher prices.

We had our 3 year anniversary here, and it was a lovely and wonderful experience. Our server, Eddie, was great! He helped us with the menu with the different things you can get. Also helped us pick a great bottle of wine and some cocktail drinks. I had the 12oz dry aged strip and it was full of flavor, and my fiancé had the 16 Oz ribeye, which went great with the horseradish mash potatoes. The different kinds of butters alone would make me come back and eat there! Especially with the Christmas decorations everywhere, it was a great evening for our anniversary.

I attended a food and wine event and the pairings were very good (my compliments to the chef). I felt the service could have been better. The staff was friendly but the event appeared unorganized ( like they were winging it). The staff was forgetful and several times my table had to remind them of requests. Upon leaving, I also did not like the fact that I was auto-charged for a 20% tip.
