A small, wood-hued building with a sushi counter offering three Omakase menus & sake, the Hawaii location was the company's first US-based restaurant and has been in operation since 2013.

Very disappointing experience. I honestly felt like the restaurant treated different customers differently. The guests sitting next to me were served beautiful, fresh-looking fish with very generous slices, while the fish I received looked noticeably different—some pieces looked like they were not fresh and had been sitting around for too long. The difference in quality was very obvious and made me feel like I was being treated unfairly. On top of that, when the chef prepared my sushi, the rice was very loose and fell apart easily. For an omakase experience, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing. I left feeling very dissatisfied and unfortunately will not be coming back.
