Taru Rockin Sushi and Sake House is now open in Chinatown (4480 Spring Mountain Rd., Suite 500) serving contemporary Japanese Cuisine from Chef Takashi Takahashi and Yamamoto. Taru uses the freshest ingredients by partnering with local and international suppliers, and changes the menu seasonally, inspired by the abundance and variety of edible offerings from soil and sea.

Excellent! Great staff, fresh fish and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was delicious! The Truffle Sashimi Trio is fantastic! My husband does not like sashimi. But, this dish won him over! Our dinner would have easy been $300 - $400 on the strip. We had 5 dishes, 1 large beer and 1 shared dessert for $134. I am super pleased and highly recommend!

I don’t know how this place isn’t more busy. The food quality is top-notch the service with some of the best I’ve ever had in Las Vegas great restaurant ambience it was a little warm in the restaurant but that’s expected when it’s 115° outside. Can’t wait to go back and try some more things on the menu.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this hidden gem of a sushi bar, and I can't help but share my enthusiasm for this place. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a cozy atmosphere. The fact that this restaurant is brand new makes it even more special, as it feels like a well-kept secret waiting to be discovered. Let's talk about the food—the star of the show. The sushi here is an absolute delight, with each piece boasting a freshness that's hard to come by. I had the privilege of trying their Smoked O-toro, and I must say, it was a culinary experience like no other. The presentation alone was stunning, as it arrived in a globe enveloped in hickory wood smoke. The rich flavors paired perfectly with the smoked soy sauce, leaving me craving more. Speaking of variety, the Sashimi Salad deserves a special mention. It's a generous portion filled with an assortment of fish that's simply unbeatable for the price. The combination of flavors and textures makes it a true standout on the menu. I also highly recommend trying the Spicy Cauliflower—a unique twist that adds a delightful kick to the meal. Now, let's talk about my personal favorite, the Chutoro roll. The combination of velvety chutoro and the expertly crafted roll created a taste sensation that I won't soon forget. I genuinely hope that more people get to experience the magic of this sushi bar, and I have no doubt that it will soon become a popular destination once the word gets out.

Ill start with saying one word to describe the entire experience, phenomenal. From the decor, the staff, the chefs, and the menu and drink, Taru Rockin’ Sushi & Sake House is the place to be. I can whole heartedly say, Im willing to fly from New York back to Vegas to dine here again

A perfect new edition on Spring Mountain! Highly creative and slightly upscale menu that hits on fresh and beautiful presentation. Great date night/late night ambience. You will be impressed… and Tati will not be a secret for much longer.
