Inspired by Nicolas Valamagna - Executive Chef's French heritage, love of fresh Jersey produce, our menus provide a breath of fresh air to the fine food scene, featuring a selection of local ingredients including chancre crab, scallops, Jersey Royals and black butter. Chose the Tasting menu. Oysters not my favourite so on a menu with no option they are a risky choice. Couple of the others, especially the turbot was not seasoned anywhere near adequately. Service was perfect with both the food and wine. Ambience quiet and serene.

We ate in this restaurant to celebrate our golden wedding anniversary. From the very beginning it was so special. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable and took time with us giving explanation of all we were eating and drinking. We would highly recommend this place for a special celebration,

Food and service excellent. Small and informal with a relaxed atmosphere and a sea view. Lewis, the Maître d’, is very welcoming and happy to advise, especially with the wines.

The staff were excellent èxplaining each componennt of the dish. The flavours were incredible, the chef knows his/her stuff! Every member of staff was very well informed, attentive, but not intrusive. Highly recommend for a special occasion.

Outstanding. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience. The quality of food is surpassed only by the professionalism and attentiveness of the staff. If I could give it 6 stars I would!

Had the tasting menu, gorgeous food and presented very well and the staff couldn’t do enough to make sure the experience was fantastic. Ideal for a special birthday/anniversary meal.

A great dining experience for New Year’s Eve. A warm welcome and lots of added extras throughout as a nice surprise. The staff were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. I’d definitely return again!
