   El lugar está genial y el servicio increíble, la comida sin embargo le falto sabor, tenia muchas expectativas ya que nos gusta la comida española. La ensalada César, las croquetas de jamón y risotto, deliciosos Las gambas al ajillo y la veal milanesa, buenas.

   Tatel is a culinary gem! The food was absolutely amazing, specially the ceviche, burger and Caesar salad. The cheesecake was the perfect way to finish it all! Beautiful ambiance and impecable service. Tatel delivers an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended!

   The past 5 months I’ve had 3 glorious visits to Spain, so when I found a menu that contained Jamon Iberico and croquetas I didn’t mind how much they cost and headed over. Incredibly disappointed that the waiter had no idea what I wanted when I ordered Vermut to drink. The croquetas were pasty and gummy rather than creamy. I wasn’t expecting true Valencian paella but theirs truly missed the mark. While I appreciate the high overhead costs in Beverly Hills, the quality does not justify the prices at this restaurant.

    Amazing ambiance & decor. Terrific & thoughtful service. Beautiful & plentiful Spanish tapas being enjoyed by beautiful & plentiful Spanish customers btw, so you know you’re in the right place. Everything was tasty … except…the paella was a disappointment. (Of all things to be mostly “meh!”)

    The seafood, regrettably, didn't have the freshness one would anticipate, and the paella was notably overcooked. The steak tartare had an unexpected Maillard reaction, which detracted from its appeal. On the bright side, the service was exceptional. It was unfortunate that the food did not live up to the same standard.

    Outside dining is not recommended unless you don’t mind the constant horn honking and road rage being shown by the drivers on the street. The food is bland and overpriced. The bar is never fully stocked and the staff is overwhelmed.

    If you're looking for an upscale dining experience in Beverly Hills, TATEL is definitely worth a visit! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the stylish decor and lively atmosphere. The restaurant has a chic, classic yet modern vibe that is both welcoming and sophisticated. But the real star of the show at TATEL is the food. Overall, we were really impressed with the quality of the dishes we tried. The flavors were bold and delicious, and the presentation was top-notch. From the appetizers to the entrees, everything was cooked to perfection. While we did find the shrimp dish to be pleasant but not quite up to the level of excellence we experienced with the rest of the food, that was really our only minor quibble. And the paella, while appearing smaller than usual, still had the same delicious flavors and expert preparation we've come to expect from TATEL. Despite the slight reduction in portions that we were informed of, we still left feeling quite satisfied and delighted with our meal. The service was excellent as well - our servers were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and made us feel right at home. We were visited by a couple of managers making sure we had a wonderful experience. Overall, we would highly recommend TATEL to anyone looking for an upscale dining experience with great food, atmosphere, and service. This is definitely one of the best restaurants in Beverly Hills, and we can't wait to go back and try more of their amazing dishes!

    The worst food I've had in 40 years. The Paella was awful. The Iberian Ham plate was terrible. Drinks came after our apps arrive, they comped them which was nice. But honestly, it was overpriced and quite simply dreadful.

    I usually go alone as a woman and sit at the front or back bar. I wish I had taken a photo of my meal. I usually order the grilled whole branzino with green grilled vegetables. However, when there is an interesting special, I like trying them as well. When they first opened, I was not a fan of their dishes, but they have come a long way since then.

    Service was amazing. Food was great but not super amazing especially for the price (but again it's beverly hills so price justified). Drinks were awesome as well. As for ambiance the restaurant is beautiful but the music should of been a bit more romantic or instrumental to tie it together. Not top 40 music. Also the random TV could dissappear. Again, it ruins people enjoying the hard work they took to make this nice restaurant

    Fabulous, unique menu with tasty and very filling entrees. Outdoor seating creates a luxurious setting for dinner. The one place my cosmopolitan son wants to return on our next trip to So Ca. His Dad and I agree.

    Tatel was amazing!!! This is my third time at Tatel. Food is always delicious. Service was perfect. Our server, Socrates, was very attentive and friendly. Everyone at the restaurant is always friendly and professional. We always enjoy our meal and time at Tatel. It’s also a beautiful restaurant. We will be going back very soon. Thank you, Tatel!

    We shared the tuna carpaccio with the "secret sauce". I didn't like that sauce and would have preferred a more purest carpaccio. We then had the seafood Paella and was very dissapointed. The rice was somewhat burnt and they just layered a couple pieces of mini shrimp (like it was from trader joes) and some very thin slices of calamari that looked like it came from a frozen container. The only highlight was the cheesecake dessert. I wouldn't go back again.

    Other than the host attempting to give us a weird table when 1) it was lunch time so the place was not full and 2) I clearly noted on my reservation it was for a birthday so please give us a cute table, the staff and service was outstanding! While I don’t recommend the croquetas, everything else is to die for! The food came out fast but it absolutely did not taste rushed at all! I will 115% be returning and recommending everyone to go! JOB WELL DONE, TATEL!

    It was a strange evening. Music so loud we had to move our table to the outside to be able to have a conversation and hear the servers. Once we were situated we were blasted by flower salesmen and smokers standing on the sidewalk in front of our table. Our martinis were not chilled, the bread was dry and the three dips were tasteless. My guests meals were ok but my Veal was flattened until it was larger than the plate and reminded me of road kill. There was no room for any greens or color on the plate to make it look and taste appetizing . The Cesare salad leaves were not cut or torn up but were randomly thrown on a plate and smothered in a pretty good dressing. The server was trying hard as he could with a trainee constantly following him around . The desserts were very nice and the macchiato was hot and flavorful as it should have been. There was no valet like every other restaurant in Beverly Hills that made it hard since we are in our 80's .We all decided we would never return or recommend the restaurant to anyone. Maybe the other sister restaurants are better. I will not take a chance on finding out. Good luck. Don Lewis

    We were very disappointed! We were seated over an hour after our reservation time, our waiter was very busy with a large party we had to place our order with the busser, when they cleared our table after appetizers to set the table for dinner, there was a big gum stuck to the table cloth under my plate and they suggested to cover it with a cloth napkin! And finally our server served us with the bill for the large party he was attending to instead of our own bill .

    They need to decide if they are a bar or restaurant. Food is good but the ambiance was terrible. They brought a lounge singer who was talented but was so loud we couldn’t hear ourselves think let alone have a conversation. Right when our food arrived they turned the lights off as if we were at a concert and couldn’t see anything on our table. We asked the server if they could turn the lights up so we could see our food. She sympathized with us that customers often complain about the dim lighting and the loud music and yet the owner does not seem to care. They briefly turned the lights back up enough for us to see, but it didn’t last long. They turned the lights off again after only 15 minutes. I’ll never dine here again and will not recommend.
