Tenn seemed like it would be a very good spot for breakfast or brunch….but for dinner, at those prices, just didn’t seem worth it. The food was prepared very nice and was tasty, but the dishes/selections were all one note. The service was very good ! Unfortunately, the ambiance was not conducive for a fine dining restaurant.

Our visit was less than par in comparison to other visits at Tenn. The menu had changed so that was disappointing as they removed the breakfast burrito that should remain as a staple item. The iced coffee did not track The server was not attentive, drinks were left empty. The were accommodating with a table count change but I had called the evening before to update that which wasn’t completed. The manager threw together a birthday dessert which was appreciated.

Our server was amazing. The food was outstanding. My picky eater 8yo had French fries and bacon and said it was some of the best he’s had. The menu is very biscuit-centric, but their biscuits are so good. If you like coffee drinks, the coffee punch was fun to share. Overall, we really enjoyed this restaurant.

This was not a good experience at all. Waited over 30 mins for a table (despite having a reservation) & we decided to do bottomless mimosas but waited a good 20-30 mins before refills (no exaggeration). On top of that 2 of us were served plain orange juice and when we asked for champagne to mix the manager came over to explain that they only do 50/50 mixes and we could only request specific blends if we did a la carte mimosas (again, this was not to have a stronger drink but rather to have the missing ingredient added). Overall terrible service across the board - ordered an appetizer which came after our main dishes, waited a good 20 mins for our check, etc. Also just have to point out that this is incredibly expensive - over $300 for 5 of us (~$70 per person) for terrible service, mid food and a mediocre atmosphere. Only bright spot was the 1 bartender who actually helped flag down drinks/food for us. The whole restaurant staff seemed frantic. Overall not well managed & would never come back.

My wife and I were out having an anniversary breakfast and were looking for something of quality but less expensive. We decided on Tenn and walked out experiencing the best breakfast during our Nashville stay! Other hyped up breakfast places around did not compete with their menu variety or speed/quality of service. More importantly the pricing was reasonable. There was something for every type of breakfast eater. The food wasn’t the only thing spectacular in Tenn, the service was top notch as well. Our server helped guide us to the right choice instead of simply taking our order. The food was exactly as described in the menu, outstanding, and plentiful. Tenn is not just a good choice, it’s a guaranteed great experience!

This is my new fave Nashville restaurant. Very creative takes on Southern cuisine that are delicious and not overly rich. The old hotel diner ambience is wonderful with old terrazzo floors with added rugs and simple, tasteful decor. Background music is thoughtfully selected roots music, blues, country, and played at a low volume so conversation is easy. I have visited twice - once for lunch and again for dinner. Very reasonably priced considering the quality of the food. The staff is terrific, very friendly and welcoming, fast service and not overly attentive. I will definitely be a regular customer because I love everything about the food, service, and atmosphere. Highly recommended!

First visit. Mother’s Day brunch. Food was amazing and the entire staff was great. Even though it was quite crowded, Service was fantastic, prompt, and we never waited for anything. Atmosphere was great as well. Definitely recommend for brunch.

Service was a bit slow when we first got there, but we arrived early for our reservation and caught the wait staff unawares. After that, all was well, in fact our server was excellent. This restaurant (at least for brunch - our second visit) is an undiscovered gem. It really is and I do not state that lightly. The food is delicious, fresh, inventive, surprising, and very affordable. The chef has interesting twists on old favorites, like yogurt - they serve it with toasted coconut - unique. I would HIGHLY recommend this little eatery to anyone who wants good food prepared differently and with inventiveness.

We ate at this restaurant twice now for breakfast and both times the food and atmosphere were excellent. Servers were helpful and courteous. Highly recommend. We enjoyed the French toast and waffles and had a side of sausage. Would definitely go back.

The atmosphere in Tenn was great. It was private and quiet. The food and drinks were absolutely delicious! Orlando was our server and did an amazing job at being attentive, funny and welcoming! Highly recommend!

Excellent service an excellent food. The atmosphere was wonderful. A little quieter than we expected but it was a Friday brunch and not a weekend brunch. Would definitely return!

We had no problem getting a reservation. No wait. Service was nice and friendly and food was very delicious. This place was recommended to me and I have already been recommending it to others.

What an amazing find. Talk about modern southern food that doesn’t just taste divine but also comes with a 5-star presentation. Perfect portions - not too small like designer food and not overwhelmingly large plates that makes you just feel full just by looking at it. Our server was quite the connoisseur and every single recommendation he made from salads to appetizers to main entrees to desserts was just to die for. Definitely plan to go back when we visit Nashville again.

Came for brunch - placed order with waiter, someone else brought food out. Never saw waiter again …. Or anyone for that matter asking how it was or if we need anything.

Went for a pop up bar experience- super disappointed. It was underwhelming after seeing social media posts- drinks were okay, service was okay… but wouldn’t go out of my way to come back.

The server told us each we needed to put a card on file to begin ordering. They were not attentive to empty glasses or plates. We loved the vibe and the food and drinks were yummy. When I asked to pay the entire table’s bill, the server got audibly huffy and said “ugh, this is going to make this infinitely harder” so condescendingly. He took a good 10 min to bring me the bill, and I immediately noticed it was a good $100 too expensive. I was calm and kind when I asked for an itemized receipt as it felt too expensive, and was once again given an “ugh” as a response. Another 10 min later, I was brought back the correct bill without any acknowledgment. The service really ruined the experience. Love the flowers!! But the place is only as good as the people working there. Coming from two guests who have a combined 20 years of serving experience: I know how hard the job can be, and I know how easy it is to just be kind. Bummer.

The service you had to endure is not how we educate our staff to treat our guests and we have taken the steps to retrain all of our staff to ensure no guest ever will have to go through what you and your guests experienced.
