Our Executive Chef, Antonino Montefusco, carefully crafts his menus to express a contemporary gastronomic journey that explores the dialogue between freedom and tradition, through a selection of tasting and à la carte experiences reflecting his distinctive culinary vision.

For parties of six guests or more, the tasting menu is required for the entire table.
To preserve the harmony of the dining experience, the tasting menu is intended for the entire table and cannot be combined with à la carte selections.

Kindly inform us in advance of any allergies or dietary restrictions. Please note that, due to the complexity and structure of our dishes, it may not always be possible to accommodate specific requests or modifications to the tasting menus.

Weather permitting, dinner will be served on our terrace.

Children aged 8 and above are welcome to dine with their parents.

Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear long trousers and avoid sandals, flip-flops, or Bermuda shorts.

Fantástica experiencia, exquisito, el Menú Profano produjo una multiplicidad de sensaciones donde se pudo reconocer todos los diferentes sabores de manera armónica y balanceada. La atención increíble, un esmero sin igual para complementar la experiencia.

Me pareció excelente la comida , la presentación de los platillos me encantó, los meseros súper amables! Tuvimos la oportunidad de ver al chef preparar un platillo en la mesa de al lado y fue un espectáculo! Cien por ciento lo recomiendo ! Felicidades !

El servicio es excepcional. El menú digno de una estrella Michelin. No Pudimos estar en la terraza por el Viento, pero Una mesa al lado de la ventana hace la velada inolvidable

Terrazza Bosquet was a once in a lifetime opportunity for one of our honeymoon dinners. It has a lovely entryway that is so nice for photos and then the service and food are exceptional if you are into tasting menus and experimental dinners. Expensive but worth it because the chef himself came out and provided his own personal touch to the dessert. Would recommend!!

The hotel and restaurant are beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed the staff who were professional, but approachable and had good senses of humor. We settled on the 8 course tasting menu and we amazed by the beauty and flavors. The amuse-bouche with a trio of salad flavors in tiny bites and the coffee cloud dessert were some of my favorite dishes. The wine pairings were brilliant and delicious! We had a fantastic experience!
