The server was great but took 1.5 hrs for lunch. Not a place we will be back too. We asked for a rushed lunch. Don't go unless you have hours to invest.

Our waitress was awesome as usual. She not only waited on tables but she was the bartender. The boneless wings were great! We all ate the Whiskey Ribs. They were delicious. The Broccoli with lemon was also good. Always enjoy it.

Service was very slow. I ordered steak and shrimp and a side salad. The salad was warm and after the 3rd time our server went to check on my shrimp (after all of the other food had come out) I finally got it. The table behind us had spilled something on the floor and it was as never cleaned up, leaving a fall hazard.

I was in town with 12 year old granddaughter and wanted a varied menu. Everything was great and we were pleasantly surprised. Thanks for a great evening!

In all honesty, we only went to TGI Fridays in Biltmore Village because it was right next to our hotel and we could walk there. Since we were on our honeymoon, we knew we would have some alcohol with our dinner. To our surprise, everything was awesome. I had the ribs and parmeson crusted chicken combo and it was very good! She had the chicken and shrimp and thoroughly enjoyed it too. We shared a cup of the french onion soup and it's the best we've had in a very long time. Our server was Lexi, and she was wonderful. Our experience with TGI Fridays in Indiana hadn't been very good for a while so we quit going there. I just can't say enough good things about the one in Asheville, NC in the Biltmore Village! Kudos to Josh at the Hampton Inn for suggesting it, and we got a 10% discount for showing our room key! It was a wonderful meal and a fantastic evening.
