Nos encantó la comida, servicio excelente aunque con pequeños detalles a mejorar! Ambiente agradable. El vino no lo mantienen en cava, les faltaba la temperatura correcta. En general muy bien !

We dined here for my husbands Birthday and had a wonderful experience. Our server Ross was lovely and all of his food recs were delish. Highly recommend the Scottish Eggs! The manager Will was also incredibly kind. Top notch service all around. We will definitely be back!

The experience was horrible! We expected a great dining experience based on reviews, but were totally disappointed! Upon arrival, it took over 10 minutes to be seated when we had reservations and hardly anyone in the restaurant. Our waitress was extremely rude and not very patient. Also, she messed up our orders and our entrees arrived not as requested. Some came undercooked while others came overcooked. My steak was extremely salty and dry. We were very disappointed. We ordered the pre-set and was told everyone in the group would need to order the pre-set, otherwise, it’s a no go. We decided to do that and was told it’s $55 per person and we can select from any entree listed on the menu. We each did that and was never told that if you order the iron steak, it’s $5 additional. Also, we were charged for an extra tea, nor were we told with a large party that there would be an automatic gratuity applied. So, our bill needed to be corrected several times and the waitress just took her time (despite hardly any other customers around). We had to call on her for attention. Extremely poor service and never again.

Hi Michael, We sincerely apologize that your experience fell short of expectations. While we regret the frustration, we’d like to clarify that Gen did attempt to make things right by offering $20 off and adjusting the Flat Iron steak charge. Although the extra tea appeared on the original receipt, she apologized and removed it. For parties of six or more, automatic gratuity is standard restaurant practice; your party of 10 qualified. We’re sorry this was not communicated clearly. We also regret that the food and service did not meet the standards we strive to uphold. Thanks to Ross and the whole staff. ALL the food was delicious. We had the mousse, the garlic bread & the mushrooms followed by chicken, cod & salmon. Look forward to a return visit. The restaurant is beautiful & the variety of tables was great & the restrooms were actually pleasant! 👏🏼

Slow service for a pre theater menu is not acceptable. The salmon entree was nice but the rest of the meal was overly salty and bland
