As a team of passionate professionals with a long history in pubs, hotels and restaurants, it is our aim to share our love of food, drink and above all good times with you. Our journeys began in the mid-nineties with all of us having since worked in nearly every position, both front of house and in the kitchens, in some of Scotland’s best hotels, pubs and restaurants. It has taken us to many different parts of the world and all over the British Isles during the last 20 years.

Deciding to turn our vision of the perfect pub & restaurant into bricks and mortar, we chose wonderful Stirlingshire, a captivating part of Scotland that is home to a wealth of incredible foods, food producers, breweries and distilleries.

Since taking over the Allan Park Hotel, we have been working hard to transform the building into a truly special pub, restaurant and coffee house.

Visitábamos Stirling por primera vez y no pudimos tener más suerte. En toda nuestro viaje por Escocia no encontramos un restaurante que nos gustase más que este.

We visit the Allan park when we want an overnight stay in Stirling (socialising and meeting up with friends). Previous meals have been top notch - as are the plentiful breakfasts. We opted for the Christmas menu £45 per person. Starters and deserts were excellent and just as we expected. the turkey, however was like a Bernard Mathew out of a tin circle shaped (for those old enough to have encountered this some years ago) - about what you would expect in any reformed meat/chicken from a supermarket, so extremely disappointing. Roast potatoes appeared to be frozen and re- heated. will definitely return to the hotel but not opt for a 'special' menu

The roast dinner on a Sunday was incredible, cauliflower cheese was a bit watery and didn’t really have the cheese part of the meal. Dessert was incredible as well, staff were super friendly and meals came quickly ☺️

A nice hotel with on site parking. Good selection of food. We visit 2/3 times a year and always enjoy it - I love their fish and chips. Good sized portions. Friendly helpful, staff. Excellent location for exploring central Stirling.

Wonderful food and a lovely atmosphere. It is very convenient for a meal before going to events at the Albert Hall. Service was a bit slower than we expected but it might have been due to a large party they were preparing for. We will definitely go again.

We were looking forward to our meal at The Allan Parke as we had read good reviews & we were staying at the hotel. Lovely dining area. Friendly young staff on a Thursday evening. Seemed to be out of everything. My husband ordered a scotch. Waiter came back to say “We’re out & the delivery arrives tomorrow.”. I ordered one of their signature gin cocktails. Waiter came back to say “we’re out of one of their liqueurs in the cocktail & the order won’t be in until tomorrow”. Our Caprese Barata appetizer was delicious & best part of our meal. My husband ordered the seafood puttanesca. It was NOT a puttanesca sauce, just a basic marinara. Very little seafood. 4 tiny shrimp, a few mussels & capers. Not as described on the menu. Boring. Requested Parmesan & waiter responded “we’re out of Parmesan cheese. Waiter apologized & compensated with a second scotch. I ordered a large dinner salad & upgraded to add 4 large fried prawn for something like £6 & it was about 6 tiny salad shrimp. Wondering if their seafood order also was coming tomorrow. Young waiter very apologetic but then our table service dropped off after that. He never came back to see if we wanted desert or coffee. Very disappointing. Worst meal on our 3 week trip. Breakfast wait staff was great. Again, we arrived at the start of their breakfast serving window & the croissants were not ready for 45 minutes. Other breakfast foods which were made to order were hot & delicious! Eggs, sourdough toast, sausage, porridge.

Had a lovely day out in Stirling and then drinks and dinner at the Allan Park. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. Such a great place to go and never disappoints
