Bay Café is a high-quality seasonal gourmet restaurant. Serving our guests since February 14, 2019.
Our goal is to bring fresh seasonal ingredients specially prepared by our chefs and trained cooks into the lives of many New Yorkers. We believe that great food starts with great ingredients. With a strong attention to detail, ingredients are brought to life. If we put it on the menu, then we know exactly what went into it. Our cuisine is simply prepared with great technique in order to create a wonderful balance of flavors. We hope to spread our love at the Bay Café to all those willing to join us at the table.
One of our most popular dishes is the Porcini Mushroom Crusted Sea Bass, Maple Ginger Glazed Salmon, Fish Tacos & Lemon Curd Mascarpone Cheesecake in a cup. We are under the supervision of the OK Kosher - Dairy - Chalav Yisrael

Food was excellent. Prices were fair. Outside dining was very pleasant. Service was polite but not up to par.

I always heard amazing things about this place so I was excited to go. We went as a family of 5 for Mother's Day brunch and our experience was mediocre. The good, the mozzarella sticks were delicious and the egg omelet was fluffy. The not so good, the coffee is terrible, we were told it was brewed espresso, but it tasted burnt and bitter. the cocktails were also poorly made. the service was good and its nice but we probably wont be back.

We were so pleasantly surprised to find this treasure of the restaurant kind of in the middle of nowhere that we expected to find a kosher restaurant but really needed one. So much so that we had lunch and dinner there the same day! The ambiance is beautiful with murals painted of italy, france, and New York skylines. This is a high high level of service and interesting, delicious food with a broad menu. The staff, including the owner, we're super friendly and welcoming and accommodating. At one point they brought a salad that had honey in the dressing because they had not understood that I needed no added sugar of any kind and they graciously took it back and got me something else which was equally delicious. I had the fish which was fresh and presented beautifully and my husband had cannelloni, also very carefully prepared and tasty. This is just one block from the bay in sheepshead Bay so we were able to take a lovely stroll along the bay after lunch. Also just a block away from the simcha hall

Homemade food, warm atmosphere a touch of class refreshing to see here in Brooklyn and New York, has a European French and Homeland feeling. As good or better then restaurants in the City.

Great food ,great service! Waiters and busboys,very respectful. Only issue was when we arrived,they were mopping the floors, my wife and I are very sensitive to the smell of cleaning products used, So we just ask for a table in another room. Everything else was super!

Very good food and good value. Clean & neat. We were not rushed through our meal despite a line of people waiting for tables. Very good experience.
