2026 Best Chef Sussex County Best of Coastal Style - Maria Fraser. Enjoy a unique dining experience at the Beach's Premier Boutique Restaurant. Fine dining with a casual and coastal atmosphere inside the original 1920's home. Authentic American Cuisine focusing on local farm to table dinners using fresh seafood and steaks hand cut in house. Hand crafted cocktails and homemade desserts featured on our nightly menu as well as chef created specials. Adapted into a restaurant in May of 2010, Maria Fraser has been serving the community for over 16 years here. Indoor Dining featuring an Upstairs Dining Room and Wine Room. Outdoor Dining (Weather Pending) featuring our Garden Patio.

    Definitely a place for the affluent and the clientele was not very diverse. Mostly elderly rich people. However, the waitress was terrific. The food was great. The setting was good and the company was enjoy.. The waitress made a lot of suggestions and she likes a few food, which is helpful. Overall a great experience. Well.

    Wonderful dining experience! We have been to Cafe on 26 many times over the years. Chef Maria and her crew never cease to amaze and please us in every manner.

    Another great meal and evening at Cafe 26!! The salmon and stuffed flounder were perfect! The Caesar salad is one of the best around. Maria and her team are the best. Susan our server was amazing!! Thanks again cafe 26!!!
