**Seven Fishes: A Christmas Eve Tradition** Celebrate Christmas Eve with a festive four-course dinner and live music by the Paul Walton Trio. Join us in Encore on December 24, 2026, with reserved seating available from 3:30–7:30 p.m., for an evening of holiday flavors and seasonal favorites. Begin with house-made focaccia for the table and an abundant appetizer and salad buffet featuring oysters Rockefeller, marinated seafood salad, shrimp cocktail, clams casino, stuffed quahogs, calamari, crispy bay scallops, arancini, and more. Choose a pasta course from shrimp scampi with spaghetti, linguini and clams, beef Bolognese with mezzi rigatoni, or eggplant “lasagna” with cavatappi. For your entrée, select from: Seafood Stew, Crab-Stuffed White Fish with Béarnaise, Flat Iron Steak with Potato Gratin, Norwegian Salmon with Crab Bisque, or Delicata Squash with Wild Rice, Dried Cranberry, and Mushroom Gravy. Finish with a dessert buffet of assorted cakes, pastries, and cookies, complemented by a coffee bar. **$75 per adult | $30 per child ages 12 and under**, plus tax and 20% gratuity. Children’s pricing includes buffet courses and one selection from the children’s menu. No substitutions. **Prepaid reservations are required through OpenTable.** A non-refundable deposit of $30 per person is required to confirm your reservation.
