We happened upon steak night and live music. The service, the steak, the wine as part of the deal were all great. Highly recommend a date night or get together at the Cricketers.

Haven't been here for a while however, it was definitely worth a visit. Friendly staff and dog friendly. Good beer and excellent food. Some very interesting items on the menu and presented very well. Great to see 'game' dishes on the menu especially when you are not a big meat eater!!. All three of us had zero complaints and would definitely return.

They were six of us as a family for Sunday lunch. Did was excellent especially the Brandy snap dessert. Service excellent.

Had a luvly time the food was great the only thing I would mention was I had the chilli pork salad and I might as well just had a salad as it was hard to find any pork in it ive had the chilli beef salad before and exactly the same. The salad is luvly they just need to add more meat

We had a wonderful dining experience at the Cricketers last night, the menu is extensive with delicious homemade dishes, we had trout fish cakes which were so tasty, partridge starter, brill & burgers mains, all were high quality and cooked to perfection. The staff were delightful, service attentive, friendly & knowledgeable. Looking forward to our next visit already

Last minute booking. Sunday roast was delicious. All cooked well and service was very quick. It's a very busy pub. Only negative was I need gluten free gravy they gave me was like a thick cream?! Wasn't normally gravy that my hubby had. Or what I normally have. Also they take off stuffing/Yorkshire puddings cauliflower cheese and don't replace it with anything. Puddings was a no for gluten free was told they can do the fruit crumble but take the crumble off?! Or ice cream was offered. Would return just be more aware of what to order and ask more questions!
