The Ivy Cafe Richmond
Outstanding as usual, quality of food is great as is the service
Food is excellent and a little pricey and the service was excellent.
Slightly too noisy for my liking but the excellent food, service and ambiance far made up for it.
Service is slow I guess kitchen staff is not enough I had 11.15 reservation they accepted me at 10.30 rest was empty people waiting outside but could not get in. I check out around 12.40 still your restaurant was not full I guess management problème or short of staff
Lovely family meal for my wife’s birthday, nice to catch up with the kids - they came home for the weekend
Always consistent, a nice space. Attentive service (perfect balance). Very well presented food and a great wine list. Can be noisy when it's full, which in the evening is a lot.
Fantastic! Couldn’t fault anything
The service, food and staff were outstanding
Love this place. A real treat. Food good, staff attentive and a real buzz. Just what Richmond needed.
Of all the new Ivy locations I've visited, this is my favourite! Spacious with friendly staff and the usual food.
The staff made my mum feel very special as it was her birthday. The food was lovely too.
Beautiful oppulent and luxurious surroundings. Food is amazing and service impeccable
Nice food and decor but we were disappointed as the plates were cold so the food cooled down very quickly. One of the coffees was also not very warm. Otherwise the food would have been extremely delicious! We went for brunch.
We visited the Ivy Cafe for breakfast and had a wonderful experience. From the attentive professional service to the delicious food and the fabulous interior design. I really want to come back again now for lunch and dinner and also just to sit at that gorgeous bar!
This was our second visit and it was fabulous. Will definitely be coming back!
Welcomed at the door. While waiting for my guests I was asked several times if I wanted olives and bread. A little annoying. Otherwise service was good. Food tasty. Dessert took longer to arrive. Restaurant decor and ambience fabulous My Japanese guest was impressed. Best restaurant in Richmond.
Great food , and loved Jazz music.
Very good drinks before the meal , very enjoyable
The staff were lovely and accommodating for my mother and I on her birthday. Really made both of our days!
This is a great neighborhood gem! The atmosphere, food, service and ambience are great! Had sea bass and salmon between the two entrees. They were piping hot and delicious. Always a nice time and would recommend as a great choice.
Delicious food and our waiter was very amusing. We will definitely be coming back.
Wonderful food, beautiful setting, really professional service ( Letizia was my server)—can’t wait to go back. Asparagus starter perfectly cooked ( firm but tender), crispy duck salad an endless plate of discovery, and raspberry pistachio sundae would have served 4. Nice choice of wine and their local champagne is awesome— forget the”widow” and go with it. A perfect choice if you are headed to Orange Tree Theatre or any one of Richmond’s many charms. Five stars.
Fabulous London luxury dining. Just add a cocktail 🍹 for a real treat.
Really simple brunch order - 3 people. The order came out at different times - a significant wait for last dish. Also, came out with several additional portions of chips that hadn't been ordered. Food was slightly over seasoned with salt too. It normally doesn't get it wrong, so putting this one down to being a sunday.
The best Eggs Royale I've had. The chunky chips add that bit extra. The Lobster gratin was absolutely delicious. Faultless service which is no mean feat in the UK.
First poached eggs cold. Replacement raw white inside. Was not offered cooked ones.
Full English Breakfast arrived with black pudding complete with a bite out of it.,we had asked for it without pudding. Waitress removed it.
Toast did not arrive until breakfast nearly eaten and then no side plate to eat it from.
Yes we had the cost of a coffee and avocado toast with eggs removed from bill but wish we had gone elsewhere for our birthday breakfast.
Great ambience and service with a menu to please all palates
Great service and excellent food. A busy restaurant but no slowness in service
It was nice enough, but overpriced for what you got. Service was average, not very attentive and took a while to get the attention of staff. Portion size was small, but the cocktails were nice. Probably won't come here again in a hurry, decor was the main highlight, food and service nothing special.
I have eaten lunch and dinner at ivy many times but this is the first time I have had breakfast there. It was terrible. Breakfast was cold. Had to send back coffee as that too was cold. Toast came 5 minutes after breakfast and even that was stone cold. Service so slow. I won’t be recommending breakfast/brunch at the ivy.
The service was really good as was the food. Arrived quickly and very fresh. Thank you
Excellent as always, lovely people and a lovely part of our weekend.
Good value for money, always brilliant service every time we have been and good atmosphere. The type of place where you either want to stay for a few drinks or have a nice relaxed meal.
We had a wonderful long lunch, the food and atmosphere were lovely, we had a lot of catching up to do and no pressure was put upon us to move on, we will be back
Beautiful art and interior. Spacious and relaxed lay out. Food is good and well priced. Good service
Loved the atmosphere. Had a leisurely morning with yummy breakfast, tea and champagne. Spent my time people watching and enjoying the decor.
Absolutely amazing food and great ambiance. The service was exceptional!
Food is good (chicken Milanese especially), pricey but as you would expect, good location, atmosphere is buzzy when busy (normally) and definitely worth going.
Great evening love the ambiance in the Ivy - food was great too. Maybe need a few more veggie options to suit everyone. The jazz was great too!
It was lovely. The decor reminded us of the main London restaurent, the food and service was fautless and it was a lovely lunch experience.
Had a lovely meal on a table of 6 for my birthday. The food was good, but I thought the portions were a little small. It was very busy and we were quite central and I found it very noisy and hard to hold a conversation. I think when it’s full, as it appeared to be that night, the acoustics are bad.
The food is AMAZING !! Staff is super friendly but absolutely not skilled ! But the total experience was good.
