    Food quality is really great here, and the service etc super too. Was quiet as a tue night - but dont let that stop you going - as food is fab.

    Highly recommend for Sunday lunch. Was visiting the area and the Jolly Tanners was suggested for a good Sunday lunch which was oustanding and especially the variety of vegetables and gravy. The food was served in excellent time and hot. Hope to visit again when next in Sussex.

    Excellent service. The orangery was great but they also have a fabulous garden. The Sunday roasts were really tasty and large portions.

    Another fantastic meal at The Jolly Tanners, this time their Sunday roast pork. Absolutely delicious, large portion sizes and superb quality even on a late sitting.

    What a disappointment! We haven’t been for a couple of months, but sad to find that the menu is now pretty standard fare. You had something special before and now it’s just very middle of the road. Not what we expected.
