Our server Mack was exceptional. Very friendly and on the ball. The atmosphere was professional as usual. Whole experience from appetizers to desert was on point. Well done Keg!

The food was excellent as well was the service. I was blown away by the price increases. Seemed like a 20%-25% increase. Was disappointed by the overly large bill and the expectation that the minimum tip should be 18%. The excellent service hasn't improved from last time so why the increase? Greed?

They were friendly. Booking was in time. Gave my mom a birthday treat! Tables were all a bit close so it was loud and hard to hear from across the table. But the food was excellent, made to perfection!

i don't always give 5 stars when i go to the keg but this time they nailed it on all fronts the service was friendly in a genuine way and timely, the noise level was just right (i like a little noise but never so much that i have to raise my voice and finally my steak...baseball Chicago style which is somewhat hard to get just right given its thickness but wow...just wow...cooked exactly how i requested. And finally i felt value for what i received was excellent. I dined a the nice steakhouses in downtown Vancouver and yes the ambience at those is more lux but pound for pound i truly enjoyed my dine out at the Keg park royal and look forward to going again.

The quality of the steak and lobster has really gotten poor . I have been going to the keg since I was 5 Years old with my parents. I'm 37 years old . I noticed the quality in the last few years it is very poor . I hope you guys can improve it . But I understand the costs of everything going up its hard to compete and make profit Thank you Adam

Double baked potato was slightly warm. Not hot. My lobster was the size of a large prawn. Candle for hot butter kept going out. Had to end up sharing with my wifes butter dish.

Been to many Keg's over the past 45-years, this was one of the better experiences. The whole of the food quality and preparation may have been the best ever. They finally have the vegetable accompaniment with the steak entree figured out, and it was obviously very fresh broccoli nicely prepared to order--very well done! The crispy onions and sauteed mushroom accompaniment with the prime rib classic also was outstanding (freshly crisp on the onions and very flavourful with the 'shrooms), as opposed to so often in the past, an accompaniment that seemed like just something to fill-in the plate. The cooking of the 8oz sirloin and 14oz prime rib was exactly as ordered, with the piping-hot quality, flavour and ageing evident.

Tonight’s dinner and service was average. With the menu prices getting so high along with tip expectation I can no longer afford both an appetizer and entree so only had escargot and soup. I really enjoy IPA’s but the Keg’s beer selection is only very basic with nothing for me to choose. Others in our party indulged but I can’t rationalize spending so much. Dinner for five costs a fortune.

We started early to take advantage of Happy Hour. We had a nice bottle of wine for a reasonable price. Our appies, the tuna tartare, scallops wrapped in bacon, and brussel sprouts were full portions; great for sharing. We looked forward to our steak dinner and weren’t disappointed. The 2x baked potato was a great side. We are in our 70s and don’t have our young appetites. Sharing worked and we were stuffed! In a nice way. Our server MacKenzie was very personable and gave us attentive service. Thank you.
