It was my first time there, I love it. The setting was very nice. Have romantic but also family vibes. Got a great birthday experience for my husband. Very very pleased with this restaurant. Will definitely go again.

This was our first experience at Melting Pot. It was absolutely amazing. All the food was fantastic. It was neat and fun to cook the food ourselves. It also had the benefit of forcing us to eat a little slower. I definitely will be back for another celebratory dinner!

The employees were incredible, the restaurant was very well staffed and it seemed like the employees worked well together. We got the Bigger Night Out and it was tons of food, but well paced so we weren’t overwhelmed. Cocktails were great too! There seemed to be some drama in the kitchen at one point as most of the staff rushed back at one point, but otherwise things were very nice overall.

Hey, we had a table of five and it was our first experience for all. Everything was fabulous. My sister did not not like the cheese fondue. She pet and they graciously exchanged it. I would’ve liked to have pineapple with the chocolate fondue.

Went out for a date, was amazing! Everyone was so kind and the food was delicious. It was a very fun experience and you get a lot of food overall! They also have amazing cocktails and we even got to take home a vase of roses.

We are big melting pot fans but tonight did not live up to the usual standard. Despite making our reservation a month ago we were sat at a table in the lobby. We asked about a different table and were told that was all that was available. During the course of our dinner many other tables sat unused. We could have easily been sat at a table within the restaurant where we weren’t freezing by the door or had people hovering over us waiting for their table. Also, we have gluten and dairy allergies which MP ALWAYS takes such good care of and tonight our server did not take the usual precautions we’re used to. Had we not been aware of what we can and cannot have we would have absolutely eaten things we shouldn’t have. This is not the typical standard that melting pot prides itself on.

Food and environment were very nice. If I'm cooking my own food, I'd rather stay home, but this should be an experience everyone has once. Great spot for couples for sure. Amazing date idea.

Our waitress Gabby F was absolutely fantastic, she made our night with her service! She made sure to inform us about everything and she was very attentive. I couldn’t recommend The Melting Pot enough to my friends— I always have a very pleasant experience.

My first time here but other people in my group have been here before. Great experience it’s definitely something different than anywhere else in Pittsburgh. Food was great. Party of 8 they accommodated us all to be at same tables put together. You do spend a lot of time because it’s a 4 course meal which was nice. I really wish I would have remembered our servers name because she was amazing!! I did order the birthday package which came with a teddy bear balloons, box of chocolate and it said it was supposed to come with a picture and frame but the host only took our group pic on my phone.. so not sure why there website says it comes with a photo and frame… we did run into a bad start in the beginning but the manager fixed it right away! Overall I would definitely go back.

It was a neat experience-however, my friend whom sat across from me had steam in her face for at least 2 hours out of the 3 hours we were there from the pots on the center of the table. The bathrooms were disgusting-trash over flowing, toilet paper ran out and one of the stalls was unusable because it needed cleaned and apparently there was no staff assigned to the bathroom although I was in there with a staff member who could see how bad it was. For the price I think that is unacceptable.
