Beautiful outdoor area and the owner and staff are really wonderful. We loved the chicken wings (perhaps the best we've had). Pizza is very average (crust is tough and without flavor) but the toppings were okay. Caesar salad was essentially dead...no green all white leaves.

As always…The Mill provided a very enjoyable dining experience. Great food, great staff, and a lovely setting in Glen Ellen. Burgers are hot & juicy, salads are perfect, clam chowder is delicious and cocktails are well-made.

This was our first time back to the Mill in several years. Now we're spanking ourselves for not returning sooner. We knew Chef Dana from her days at Sonoma Golf Club, and she's definitely allowing her creativity and repertoire to shine. We sat upstairs, which was quieter and more private. The Fried Tofu appetizer was outstanding, and the Latke was sublime. The service was impeccable, friendly, professional and efficient. We won't wait that long to return.

The entire staff was amazing ….understands the true meaning of hospitality. From the welcome to the special attention of every staff member… They all work together to make our visit very special that Mojito dirty lemon was over the top… Food was amazing and it was a perfectly beautiful day to be on the patio can’t wait to go back.

Everything was excellent except that pricing is somewhat harsh relative to comparable restaurants. (More expensive than Ed K in Sonoma and probably not quite as good).

A beautiful place to enjoy. The food, environment and service all match making the experience memorable. Enough choices for all and if you can't decide, the staff is great at guiding you to the perfect meal.
