Visited The Monroe for the first time ever with three collogues for a light-hearted business meal. Our, server, Tamara, was friendly and engaging. We had the St. Louis ribs which were good (very tender!) and my tablemates liked the hummus. I'm not as big a fan of soy beans as they are, but they raved about it. The fried chicken was good and we enjoyed sharing the chocolate cake and bread pudding for dessert. Everyone enjoyed the experience quite a bit.

Has a wonderful early lunch- the fried chicken, truffle fries and roasted tomato caeser salad were excellent. Pleasant server. Good prices and the old fashions were perfect

This was my second visit… this time for brunch and a large group with work colleagues. The food was delicious and everyone enjoyed the meal and atmosphere

The drinks were really unique. The appetizers were unreal ( I hate deviled eggs, we almost ordered 2 rounds, the smore ribs ( I keep thinking about it), the p&b dessert (wow), the fried chicken ( juicy, flaky, amazing) the drinks ( the 2 dove one, we had two each, ) trying to go back before our flight today.

We had the following appitizers, pork belly s’mores, general tso cauliflower, and the jalapeño popper deviled eggs, and loved all three. Then proceeded to share the fried chicken dinner with collards, and the coffee rubbed pork chop, the pork chop was amazing and the fried chicken crispy and juicy. Finished everything off with the PB&J dessert and a slice of the chocolate cake. Was not disappointed with a thing. Will be back.

Of all the Good Salt brand properties , it’s our favorite … still guessing dressing and drink ingredients … a bouquet of pleasure for the mouth, we tell everyone about ‘The Monroe’ and get the same response , never heard of it … love the history/story behind the name Dr. William Monroe Wells

Was able to do street parking on a Saturday without issue. Food is excellent, and priced well. Brunch menu has a lot of options. The mustard seed honey butter was divine.
