Excelente!!! Desde el comienzo hasta el final fue genial, la comida estaba súper deliciosa, la atención fue excepcional debemos felicitar a Hannah por su excelente servicio y dedicación por atendernos, fue súper especial al momento de servirnos lo recomiendo 100% y volveremos para que nos atienda nuevamente el. La langosta exquisita, el postre , el risotto riquísimo, incluso el servicio de valet parking súper genial muy amable. Gracias por tan buena experiencia en nuestro san Valentín. Volveremos 🤗

Our food left something to be desired. Lobster ravioli (w no lobster) steak was severely undercooked (and we eat med-rare steaks) sides were just okay. Probably won’t be back.

The menu is extensive and they have monthly specials inserted into the main menu, but our server did not tell us about the specials that were on the chalk board when you walked in. 3 of us got filets, 2 of which were the wagyu filets. All were cooked perfectly and seasoned very well. They were definitely on the smaller side, and looked like they were 6 oz, rather than the 8 oz mentioned on the menu, but they were delicious. One person got the wagyu bolognese lasagna and raved about it. We did have to ask for bread, but I think that is more common now in the industry. Their desserts were phenomenal, key lime pie and Mezzanote Chocolate cake. And the cappucinos were a perfect ending to a wonderful night. We will be back!

Our server, the. Gentleman from the Canary Islands was extremely attentive and very helpful with selections of both food and wine. I was impressed with the quality of food from the appetizers to the desserts and we will be back, not only for the food, but the incredible service! Thank you so much for an outstanding “date night” for from the both of us.

Everything about this was perfect. We ordered the lobster summer special and it was great. I was especially happy that the manager felt like the food wasn’t just right so he told me that and had it recooked. Since he was proactive I didn’t mind waiting a few more minutes. That’s great a customer mindset. I will come back.

We go for special occasions, as it can get a little expensive. But we love and look forward to going each time. The steaks melt like butter in your mouth! The lobster bisque is something we would just order to go to have it it is that good. Even the chicken park is pheniminal!! The servers are always top notch and friendly staff!

Another fabulous dinner at one of our most favorite restaurants in Charlotte. Service and quality of food was outstanding. Pricing, like most other fine dinning establishments, have gone through the roof. $300.00 for a dinner for two is getting kind of out of hand. The GiGi salad was to die for and worth a trip back just to enjoy this delightful treat. Steaks we outstanding.

We went during Restaurant Week. The choices were nice with special options. The filet was outstanding and the lobster bisque was fabulous. Our server, Michelle, was charming, attentive and very pleasant. A very nice meal out!

I had a great experience celebrated my birthday with friends and family. The host were very pleasant and seem happy to be working at this establishment. I would definitely go back. Food was served hot very pleasing to the eye and palate. 10 out of 10 recommend

I had the birthday of my life at The Palm last night. They went above and beyond what I expected. The service couldn’t have been better, the wine was so good and I had the biggest lobster I ever had in my life. Thanks so much for making my bday truly memorable.

We came to The Palm during Restaurant Week and had an awesome experience! The service was great; we had multiple servers ensuring we had everything we needed throughout the evening. The Filet was well-seasoned, and the Lobster Gnocchi was worth the upcharge. They also have a nice selection of wine & cocktails. We will definitely be coming back!

Our server was amazing from the moment we sat to the moment of waving good bye! He was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the menu to provide opinion and recommendations. The ambiance was just lovely as the food was delicious! I will be back!

We ate at The Palm for our 39th wedding anniversary during Restaurant Week. Once again, it did not disappoint. We had reservations and were taken to our table as soon as we arrived. The service was OUTSTANDING! The food was GREAT! The atmosphere was very inviting. It was a very special evening and we will definitely return again.

The service was wonderful and consistent with The Palm. However the steak was not as good as the normal quality. It was tough (filet) undercooked and sides were bland. Dessert was great. Bill was wrong , not by much but still incorrect for both parties. Still wood go back but I went during restaurant week and I really hope the quality wasn’t less because of that.

We went for a midday celebration and had a great time. Two of us ordered the Power Lunch and one got the tenderloin salad. Everything was delicious and the desserts were beyond decadent. Great service as well made for a very fun outing!

I love the Charlotte Palm. Unlike other local steakhouses, which we have many, the Charlotte Palm knows hospitality. Customers always feel special , and they know their repeat customers. The new menu is a nice change and apparently they still can make some of the old stuff not on the menu
